The Nike Zoom Ashiko ACG is one of the most outrageous hiking boots ever created. Named after the spikes ninjas wear for climbing, it has the chunky sole you’d expect from a serious boot. The upper looks like something that would be more at home in a sci-fi film. This pair goes with the can’t-fail black/red/grey palette, adding strands of red Flywire atop the tonal grey upper. The Brown/Tan is out already…just saw it this weekend in Footaction…160 or 180….nice…but that price is scary.
