Have you ever wondered where all of the shoes we line up for or save all of our money for are made? On Episode 9 of Maestro Knows, Levi Maestro takes us on a in depth tour of the Nike Campus located in Beaverton, Oregon along with his tour guide and Nike designer, Jarrett Reynolds. Maestro gives us a look at the esteemed Michael Jordan building that houses some of the most rare Air Jordan’s in the world including the actual Hare Jordan shoe along with autographed Air Jordan sneakers that sit inside of a glass case. Additionally Maestro gives us a look at all of the amazing facilities and sights to see on Nike’s campus. Check out the video after the jump…

When I was in Oregon last summer I went to the Nike campus and checked it out, the MJ building was my favorite of course. Towards the end of walking around we were approached by an employee that asked if we worked there, I wish I could say yes but explained I was just a big Nike and Jordan fan. He explained that the campus is “closed” to the public and asked how we got in. I told him we pulled up to the security gate and got waived in…the benefits of driving a Benz I guess! It’s an amazing place and I hope to be back one day as an employee.

They should open parts of the Nike campus to the public, kinda like an amusement park. It would be great to visit the place where so many great sneakers had come from.
