Nike Air Max 90 Day of the Dead Pack October 2009

Over the weekend, we gave you a sneak preview of Nike’s upcoming Day of the Dead Pack which will consist of a Dunk High and Low, as well as this Air Max 90. All three were designed with a similar color scheme that captures the feel of the original Day of the Dead Dunk SB, although the Air Max 90 and Dunk High feature a Black leather base while the Dunk Low uses a White upper. This Air Max 90 uses a combination of Black leather and mesh on the upper with vibrant splashes of Orange, Purple and Green spread throughout the design, with the focal point being the wild pattern that lines the bottom section of the upper. In addition, the shoe also boasts some glow in the dark effects and will be released alongside a matching t-shirt on October 24th. Via Colmilludo.

Air Jordan IV (4) Laser Carmelo Anthony Olympic PE

You’ve all probably seen Air Jordan IV Laser models before, but most of us have never gotten a peek at these. This special PE was made for Carmelo Anthony to stunt at last summer’s 2008 Olympics in Beijing. We’ve already shown you a Navy Blue Air Jordan IV Laser PE made for Carmelo, but this pair goes with a much simpler look. The kicks feature a clean White upper and midsole with splashes of Varsity Red accents throughout and laser-printed graphics covering the entire upper. As an added bonus, Melo’s Air Jordan IV’s also sport a USA Basketball logo and the date 8/8/08 inside the tongue, as well as an American flag on the insole. You can get a better look at the finer details after the jump, and if you’re ready to drop some dough, these are available now from tjrick1 on eBay.

Nike Air Max LeBron VII More Than A Game City Pack NYC Edition

The More Than A Game World Tour is winding down with the final stops hitting New York and Los Angeles later this month. As you know by now, along with each stop on the tour, there will be a limited edition City Pack version of the Air Max LeBron VII and now we get a nice sneak peek of the NYC edition. Like the others, the shoe sports a White leather upper with St. Vincent St. Mary-inspired accents with the new touches coming by way of the NYC stamp on the heel section of the Air bubble and a new photo inset on the tongue and medial window. The New York theme is “Fearless” and the photo matches up with a shot of young Bron taking charge on court with SVSM. As with the others, a limited run of 123 pairs will be available on September 19th at the Harlem House of Hoops, a day before the tour hits New York City on the 20th. Via FootLockerUnlocked.

Nike ACG Air Rongbuk GTX Black Anthracite Red

It won’t be long before temperatures start to drop in parts of the country and these look well suited to your fall hiking needs.  The Nike ACG Air Rongbuk has the mesh underlay and angular leather overlay that we see on tons of Nike runners but the sole is extremely aggressive.  That sole would do just fine on an ACG boot, but these are still more of a shoe.  It blends in with other sneakers using a black, grey and red palette that should match plenty.  Grab a pair today from SNS.

Nike Dunk High Dark Obsidian Tiger Stripe Spring 2010

We’ve already shown you one of the new Nike Sportswear Dunk High’s that will be released in Spring 2010 that features this tiger stripe pattern and here is the second pair that will feature a similar tiger stripe print on the upper of the Dunk High. Instead, this new pair that we’re showing you comes in Dark Obsidian and Dark Obsidian with some hints of Orange whereas the pair we showcased earlier came in Black, Sail, and Orange. Both pairs include a nice smooth Gum outsole, which is always a plus. Look for this colorway of the Nike Dunk High to be released in January of 2010. via Footlocker Unlocked

Nike Air Pegasus 89 Black Metallic Silver Electric Green Spring 2010

The Nike Air Pegasus ’89 becomes a full-fledged adult in fine fashion next spring.  This pair has a black upper that mixes suede and smooth leather.  It’s a clean base for a metallic silver Swoosh and the unmissable electric green rear sections.  A white midsole on the front adds some balance.  It could be anywhere from four to six months’ wait on these, so stick with Sneaker News for updates.  via GLLTN

Nike Cradle Rock Low Supreme Steve Nash Asia Pack

Here we have our first look at a colorful new pack centered around Steve Nash’s new shoe, the Cradle Rock Low. We have seen Nash opt for lower cut models before, but this new shoe takes the aesthetic to almost a street or skate shoe look. Nike will help create some buzz for the shoe by releasing this Asia Pack, a four shoe collection that features color schemes inspired by China, Japan, Thailand and the Philippines. Each of the four Cradle Rock Low Supreme editions features a combination of interesting materials and an intricately embossed pattern on the heel section of the upper, as well as some cultural touches on the tongues. The pack just dropped yesterday at select Nike Basketball retailers in Asia in very limited quantities, so it might not be easy to track a pair down, but at least you can get a thorough look at all four colorways after the jump. Huf x Converse Skidgrip 100 HFZ Mid

Here’s the first collaboration for Converse’s Skidgrip midtop skate shoe.  It also happens to be a charitable effort as Huf created the Converse Skidgrip 100 HFZ Mid to join the Product (RED) collection, so proceeds will benefit the fight against AIDS in Africa.  These are sure to raise a good chunk of change, their tonal blace ‘H’ printed uppers have a nice depth that isn’t obviously a logo, especially from a distance.  The square ‘Huf’ signature on each midsole’s outer heel is another story.  Grab yours today from SnS.

adidas x CLOT TS (Team Signature) Commander

adidas and Hong Kong based lifestyle brand, CLOT, have collaborated on a new adidas Performance Basketball sneaker, the Team Signature Commander (TS Commander). The shoe was designed by Mark Shin from adidas Basketball and Edison Chen of CLOT. The idea behind collaborating together was to bridge the gap between fashion and technical function. This TS Commander is being called the CLOTarity (CLOT + clarity) as the shoe features a White leather upper with various CLOT graphics and an ice outsole which representes the “decisive clarity of purpose required to rise and become a leader on court”. The shoes will be released exclusively at CLOT’s retail space, Juice, on September 11th, 2009. Stay tuned for more adidas and CLOT performance collaborations soon. via Hypebeast

Air Jordan XII (12) White Varsity Red Black Detailed Images

A few days ago, we gave you an early look at another upcoming Air Jordan XII Retro that will be sending Jordan-heads into a frenzy this winter. While these might not carry the same clout as the Space Jams or the Infrared Air Jordan VI, they will still be a must-cop for most Air Jordan collectors. Many will be especially happy to see that unlike the Black/Red edition that will use suede instead of leather and add the “Flu Game” graphics to the tongue, this version stays true to the original look and materials. These are rumored to be a December drop, so stay tuned for some confirmed release details, and for now, you can get a look at a bunch of detailed images after the jump. Via FC.T

Nike Snowboarding Zoom Kaiju

For those sneakerheads out there who occasionally swap their kicks for a pair of snowboarding boots in the winter, Nike has something pretty special in store for the slopes this year. Nike is not usually known for dabbling. If they decide to branch out into a new area, they come hard and usually drop jaws from the start. They came out of the gate strong with the Zoom Force One boot, but now they are raising the bar with the Zoom Kaiju. Not only is the boot equipped with the latest in performance innovations, but visually, it also flaunts a street style not usually seen on a snowboarding boot.

It features a full-grain Black leather upper with Varsity Royal highlights, but that’s nothing compared to the stylish extra touches that really make this boot something special. If the Zoom Air technology and the Elephant print on the toe section of the mudguard aren’t enough, the Zoom Kaiju also flaunts some sections of Air Jordan V-style netting, instantly raising the sneakerhead appeal for these through the roof. If your trying to get fresh in time for the snow this year, it’s not going to get much better than these. Look for them to hit Nike Snowboarding retailers some time this fall.  Via CtotheJL.

Nike Hyperize White Varsity Royal Red Plum Decades Pack

By now, you have probably already seen the Air Max x Hyperize Decades Pack, but last week we gave you a look at a Zoom Sharkalaid from a different Decades Pack. Like the Sharkalaid and the rest of the pack which is also set to include an Alpholution and a Cradle Rock Low, this Hyperize adopts the same White/Black/Varsity Royal/Red Plum colorway. The fresh color scheme can’t help but to conjure up memories of the original Air Flight Huarache, which is more than likely the inspiration for the look of this pack. If you’re feeling this latest version of the Hyperize, it’s already started to pop up at select Nike retailers.
