Most sneakerheads are well aware of the infamous “banned” Air Jordan 1’s that Michael defiantly wore back in 1985, but since then, the NBA rules and regulations regarding footwear have loosened up quite a bit. That said, apparently, there are still certain things considered off-limits when it comes to players’ kicks. The most recent victim of the NBA shoe ban is Andre Iguodala, whose Nike Hyperize PE’s have been deemed unacceptable by the league for having gum outsoles. Keep reading to see AI’s current replacement, a pair of Zoom Kobe IV PE’s that he was seen rocking at the recent NBA Media Day photo shoots. Additional photos via NT.
