While nearly all of New England is solidly behind the Boston Red Sox as they head into the American League playoffs, their home city’s sneaker store situation is a totally different story. The Bodega vs Concepts rivalry might not be as passionate as Red Sox/Yankees, but things are heating up as both Beantown boutiques gear up for high profile collaborations. Bodega will claim a victory with this Bodega x adidas Boston Super for the adidas Consortium ‘Your City’ collection. These go with a clean mix of white, black, grey, silver and blue that looks perfect atop a gum outsole. We’re thinking that these were chosen as a sort of shoutout to Boston Marathons goneby, but we’ll update you with new info, including the release date for this Winter 2009 drop soon.
