Last winter, Jeff Staple teamed up with Converse to spread his “Pigeon” color scheme to another venue. The Staple x Converse “Pigeon” Sea Star might not have caused quite the same havoc as the original Pigeon Dunk SB’s, but it still made for a very nice offering. Now Staple and Converse have joined forces again as part of Converse’s 1HUND(RED) project to help fight AIDS in Africa. This new version of the Sea Star sticks to the (RED) color scheme, using a black suede upper with a white midsole and of course, red accents. Some notable touches are the co-branded logo tabs that appear on the heels and ankles of both shoes and the “100” logo stitched into the tongue. If you like what you see, these will available Thursday exclusively at ReedSpace.
