Jordan Brand is like that significant other that always gives you *almost* what you want and saves the really good stuff for your birthday.  It’s actually the Air Jordan’s 25th birthday this year, so in honour of the silver anniversary, we expect alot of heat in early ’10, much of it in the form of Air Jordan VI (6) Retros.  While the black and white pairs swapped the OG infrared hue for varsity red, this pair goes with an all new colourway.  Adding white contrast stitching to an entirely black nubuck upper, this pair of AJ6 Retros is finished off nicely by the translucent outsole that seems to work on just about every VI.  Take a look at all of this 1990-’91 goodness after the jump.  Photo above via TSG
