Big Boi, whose one half of the legendary Hip-Hop duo, Outkast, performed at the BET Hip Hop Awards ’09 in his hometown of Atlanta, Georgia at the Boisfeuillet Jones Atlanta Civic Center. Big Boi was a part of the larger Goodie Mob performance and rocked a pair of crisp Air Jordan V’s from the Toro Bravo pack, going with the brighter pair in the pack, the all Red suede pair. By the few pictures we’ve seen of Big Boi wearing these, as far as we can tell they are in fact real and not fakes as some have accused Big Boi of wearing and supporting fakes/variants.

yo i saw a youtube vid where he admitted that they were fake. he knows he got called out on them. he stated that he got played b/c he was told it was a special colorway that wasnt released so he spent a grip on them (he bought 5 pair). he knows he got got but then at the end of the vid he said dont worry about his shoes and worry about the phantom he drives. whoaaa, lol

No hate on Big Boi love his music but he has worn fakes before even on his album sleeves he is seen wearing fakes. Its not a big deal at least he is honest about it unlike Officer Ricky Ross.

So what, Big deal, I own the raging bull pack too. Celebs should rock extra exclusive kicks we can’t get, or have to wait a long time to get. No props here, besides, Big Boi was seen rockin PHOOGAZIE’S. Its hard to come back from that in the game. & he’s a celeb!

I’ve have been a Jordan fan and collector long before some rapper talked about them in their video.
Truly fresh since ’85.
Leave the man alone and get over it. I’m sure he has.
