Maybe the secret to Tim Hardaway’s NBA success was wacky footwear. Fans might look back to his ‘UTEP Two-Step’ crossover as one of the sickest in the game, but we noticed a definite carryover between Timmy’s kicks and his on-court performance. A standout early in his career with the Golden State Warriors, Hardaway endured a few lackluster seasons in the mid-90s. Was it Air Raid withdrawal? T-Bug revived his career a few years later in Miami wearing the Nike Air Bakin’, which remains one of the craziest performance sneakers we’ve seen. This pair takes it a step further, going with a never before seen mix of metallic silver, black and purple. We’ll be sure to keep you updated on their release. via FC.T
