Nike SB Dunk Low Dark Chocolate Metallic Silver Red Sample

This Nike SB Dunk Low model was already sneak previewed in some of our upcoming looks at the Spring 2010 Nike SB line-up, and now we get a closer look. At first glance, the kicks bear a slight resemblance to the highly coveted Freddy Krueger edition, but obviously these go with a much simpler concept. The shoe features a combination of Dark Chocolate leather and Brown suede on the upper with a Metallic Silver Swoosh and a Red lining and tongue piping. Unfortunately, unlike the Chirps that we showed you yesterday, these will not have a padded tongue, but there is still plenty to like about them. These are not expected to hit SB retailers until Spring 2010, but you can already get your hands on this sample in a size 9 from JasonWhite9 on eBay.

Nike Air Safari 87 Supreme Black Grey Orange

Despite the iconic status enjoyed by the “Safari” print, the shoe that it first appeared on, the Air Safari ’87, is still somewhat of an obscure Nike model. While serious sneakerheads are well aware of the Air Safari, especially thanks to recent homages like the Air Max 1 and Air Force 1 editions, there are still a lot of people unaware of this underrated classic. This Holiday season, the Air Safari will be returning in a fresh new colorway that sticks close to the original formula, but uses some new shades of Grey and Orange and a new color blocking approach to give this version a look all its own. The bright Orange contrast stitching and outsole add some extra punch to the color palette making this a nice contemporary nod to the original. If you’ve been waiting for these to drop, you can get yours now from Mita.

Vans Chukka Shearling Pack

Vans realizes that the cold weather has you wanting something that not only is, but *looks* warm.  Enter the Shearling Pack of Vans Chukkas.  This trio adds the plush fleece lining we saw on yesterday’s Sk8-Mid SF pack, sticking with simple single-coloured construction.  There’s one each in navy blue/white, red/black and all-black and you can grab them from Japan’s Flauge.

Nike Blazer Mid ND Perf Pack

Nike Sportswear has recently released a Blazer Mid ND unlike any we have seen before. Although these Blazers keep their basic shape and silhouette, many changes have been made. The upper is a mix of suede and leather with a perforated Swoosh. The very visible stitched panel may be the most noticeable change, while the classic white midsole stays true to the Blazer’s classic look. These Blazer Mids come in two colorways: Bone/Navy and Black/Infared, both are available now through Standard.

Reebok Pump Court Victory II Red + Blue Pack

The Reebok Pump has been around for 20 years now, the Pump Court Victory II model for about three-quarters of that.  It has a design that hearkens back to days gone by but this latest pack has them looking fresh as ever.  A blue and a red pair both use shiny leather for most of the upper, adding a contrasting fabric to the ankle collar.  Blue goes with ripstop nylon for that tonal textured look while the red joints add some plaid for a nice fall vibe.  Both can be yours today from Kasina.

adidas Forum Mid Yellow Black White

adidas has released a new colorway for the classic Forum Mid. This time around it’s a yellow/black-white colorway very similar to the Jeremy Scott three tongue Attitudes seen in recent months. The yellow black “Killer Bees” color scheme is reminiscent of the old Wu-Tang days during the early 90′s. Recently adidas teamed up with two members of the famed rap group the Wu-Tang Clan, Ghostface and Method man, to create their own signature adidas shoe. This Forum mid features a full leather upper and rubber outsole. You can find these now at stores with an adidas Originals account or online at adidas. via EastWest

Nike Air Structure Triax 91 Black Yellow Holiday 2009

Lance Armstrong had a successful return in placing third at this year’s Tour de France and his sprawling LIVESTRONG collaboration with Nike was among the year’s biggest sneaker stories.  With all this visibility, you might think Lance/LIVESTRONG have monopolized the black and yellow duo, but such is not the case.  The proof is in this Nike Air Structure Triax ’91 for the holiday shopping season.  Draped in black, yellow and white, these are bound to evoke plenty of, “No, those aren’t LIVESTRONG, just a dope colourway”-s.  Stick with Sneaker News for updates on their release.

Celebrity Feet: Kanye West Nike Air Yeezy Glow In The Dark Tour

Kanye West’s collaboration with Nike on his Nike Air Yeezy was arguably the most talked about shoe this year and the demand around these shoes is still huge, even months after their release. What most people don’t know is that these shoes were actually created for Kanye’s Glow In The Dark Tour. Mark Smith and Kanye West set out to create a shoe that would not only be a collaboratin between Nike and the Louis Vuitton Don but also create a piece of footwear that would offer support and stability to ‘Ye while he was performing across the world. Here is a detailed look at Kanye in some never before released colorways of the Air Yeezy while he was on his phenomenal 2008 Glow In The Dark Tour. This beautiful imagery comes courtesy of Kanye’s new book, Glow In The Dark, that serves as a visual reference of the historical tour, and photographer Nabil Elderkin. via KANYEWEST.US

Air Jordan Photography Showcase

If you are checking out this site right now, chances are that you have a strong love for sneakers. Other than rocking a crisp pair daily and talking kicks with your friends, most people don’t usually take the appreciation for their footwear much further than that. To some though, the sneaker is an artform, a harmonious union of lines, shapes and colors that come together to become something much more significant than just something you put on your feet to keep from scuffing your bare heels on the concrete. Here we have a look at a collection of photography by a worldwide variety of sneakerheads who have decided to capture the beauty of their Air Jordans through all types of photography concepts and techniques.

Some obviously got more creative than others, with some photos taking a pretty straightforward approach and others getting a little more daring. Many of these sneaker-centric photographers have decided to explore some macro photography, giving us a closer look at some of our favorites than many of us have probably ever taken.  Others experiment with creative lighting and compositions, providing some stylized images that show off subjects that we’ve all seen a million times in some pretty fresh new ways. Keep reading after the jump to take a look at page after page of Air Jordan photography, and thanks to all of the individual snapshot artists for sharing their Air Jordan visions with the rest of us.  Via SC.
