The number of Halloween-themed footwear releases is massive this season. Nike alone has set the holiday-inspired bar higher than ever with releases ranging from the new Day of the Dead Quickstrikes Pack to the Blood Splatter SB Blazer High. We already saw one ‘creepy’ Nike SB Dunk Low, and here’s another. It’s got the orange and black look down, plus the hemp underlay adds a nice rustic look for autumn. Grab yours a little earlier than the US release from Korean retailer Kasina.

To sneakerheads, Bobbito Garcia is one of the most respected names in the game. In addition to his notoriety as a DJ and streetball aficionado, Bobbito (A.K.A. Kool Bob Love) is perhaps best known for his love of sneakers, which he translated into his book, “Where’d You Get Those,” for all intents and purposes, practically the Bible of sneaker culture. It is no secret that Bobbito is a longtime devotee of Pro-Keds kicks, and to help them to celebrate the 30th anniversary of one of his all-time favorites, the Royal Flash, they have teamed up to create some very special Bobbito editions of the classic shoe. The Bobbito Royal Flash (also known as the “Add-On”) will be available in four colorways, red, yellow, orange and green, each with a bunch of personalized touches with shout-outs to Bobbito, his Spanish Harlem b-ball roots and the 30th anniversary of this beloved model.
To kick off the re-release of the Royal Flash, on Wednesday October 28th, Bobbito will be embarking on a one-day 5-stop tour that will hit several well-known NY/NJ shops such as Packer Shoes, Rime, Goliath, Vault and West. Bob will be signing kicks, boxes and his book at each spot as well as mixing it up with attendees in his typical friendly and outgoing style. Keep reading for a look at all four colorways and specific details on the release tour schedule.

With leaks here and there of the select boutiques chosen to design their own Pump 20, Bodega is now upon the list of those who are now giving a sneak peak of the prestigious collab. Dubbed “The Outback,” the camouflaged Boston shop goes for a military theme, combining the likes of nubuck, canvas and reflective materials to compose the upper. Accented by trek laces, a mesh tongue and custom dog tags to replace the typical ball pump hangtags, the shoes will be packaged with a custom tshirt in a military ammo box. Supposedly, each pair will reveal a message to a secret location for another rare opportunity, following suit to previous Bodega projects. An exquisite design, these only illustrate the creative masterminds behind Bodega. Like all the other special 20th Anniversary Pumps, these will be limited to only 31 pairs, exclusively available at Bodega on November 20th. via HB.

It seems that breaking long runs and making opposing defenses look foolish is only one of Minnesota Vikings running back, Adrian Peterson’s passions. The NFL superstar depends a lot on his feet, so it’s only right that he take care of them in style. In addition to wearing a brand new pair of cleats for every game, sometimes even switching to a second pair mid-game, AP also likes to keep his footwear game just as tight off the field. Yesterday on the ESPN pre-game show, reporter Rachel Nichols interviewed All Day about his passion for kicks and took a quick look at some of the contents of his shoe closet. Keep reading to check out the clip and take a glimpse at a small portion of Peterson’s $200,000 and growing collection, including a ton of Air Jordans, Air Force 1′s and of course, his very own Trainer 1 PE’s.

Back in August, around the time of the official Air Max LeBron VII unveiling, we also brought you a look at some other upcoming colorways of the shoe. In addition to the Red Carpet and Black/Metallic Gold versions, we also gave you a nice sneak peek at this White/Midnight Navy/Red edition. The color scheme of this LeBron VII has a definite Olympic feel which was punctuated by their appearance in LeBron’s Nike Pro Combat commercial, in which he is suited up in his full USA Basketball uniform. In addition to the USA colors, these also make a good match with the Cleveland Cavs’ color scheme, so don’t be surprised to see these on LeBron’s feet when the new NBA season starts up in a few weeks. There is no specific release info at this time, but with the White/Black/Red version about to finally hit stores, these will likely be following close behind. Via FC.T.

A few days ago we previewed a special makeup of the Nike SB Stefan Janoski Pro Model sneaker in Black Alligator skin and today we’re previewing what appears to be a Tiffany (Diamond) colorway of the Janoski shoe. While information is limited at the moment surrouding this “Tiffany” colorway of the Stefan Janoski, it looks as if this is an early sample that might or might not make it onto Nike SB retail shelves. In addition, we also have a look at a white on white version decked out in perforated leather, but like the Tiffany, there is no word yet on whether or not these will make it past the sample stage. Keep reading for a look at the white perf edition and stay tuned for more information. via NSB

It was back in June of this year when we first saw this Holiday 2009 Nike Auto Force 180 “Olympic” colorway, now almost four months later the shoe itself has been releaased. Nike utilizes their Nike Air Force 180, one of the sneakers the Charles Barkley used to wear, and combines it with a vulcanized midsole and outsole to make up this Nike Auto Force 180. This colorway is inspired by the Olympic colorway that Sir Charles wore in the 1992 Barcelona Summer Olympics. Pick up the Nike Auto Force 180′s in their Olympic colorway now at select Nike Sportswear accounts or via 95Soleman on eBay.
