Nike Air Max 90 South White Varsity Maize Available on eBay

A few of the East and West stuff has dropped.  The anticipation has ended and the hype around the rivalry, though more to come from the respective packs, is simmering down.  But now sneaker fans, especially depending where you’re from, has its sights set on North vs. South.  Nike’s South series has another AM90, similar in style application to the grey/blue pair we’ve already showcased.  Though not part of the same regional pack, the colorway has a high resemblance to a Dunk Hi we’ve seen from the East Pack.  Regardless the point, these are dope in its own right and you can cop you’re own pair on eBay from id4shoes

Nike Air Classic BW White Metallic Gold Black

For those readers who were just never really into BW’s, or any Nike runners without a collab or name connected to it, hopefully some might have given it a chance when they read up on a few new Classic BW’s we showed a few weeks ago.  If not, here’s another one to facilitate being open minded.  The Air Max Classic BW now comes in a crispy clean white and gold colorway.  Honestly you gotta be really bold to rock gold shoes, but this one gives the less exuberant in fashion taste to do so by having a white Nike with just a tad accent of shine.  Pick up a pair now off id4shoes of eBay.

Nike Air Max 90 QS Day of the Dead Pack New Images

There are a lot of sneakerheads out there who regret missing out on the original Day of the Dead Dunk SB, but now Nike is bringing us a new pack designed to help ease the pain. As you may have already seen, the upcoming Day of the Dead Quickstrike pack will feature a Dunk Low and High, as well as an Air Max 90, with all three sporting a similar color scheme. Like the Dunk High, the Air Max 90 edition uses a Black base that is contrasted by bright shades of Purple, Orange and Green, giving the shoe a bold, but crisp look that fits right in with the original Day of the Dead color scheme. As an added bonus, certain sections of the shoe glow in the dark, helping to make these an even hotter commodity when they hit select retailers in the near future. Keep reading to check out some more pics, and be sure to stay tuned for specific release details. Via HS.

MLB Feet: C.C. Sabathia in Air Jordan XI Cleats ALDS Game 1

When the New York Yankees brought in C.C. Sabathia during the last offseason, they knew that his playoff track record had historically been a little shaky, but you’d never know it seeing him mow down the Minnesota Twins yesterday in Game 1 of the ALDS. Maybe it helped a little that the Twins were hung over from both the elation and fatigue of the previous night’s extra-inning play-in game, but we here at Sneaker News think C.C. had a little something extra going for him last night. The imposing Sabathia took the mound in a crisp pair of Concord Air Jordan XI baseball cleats, possibly a benefit of teammate Derek Jeter’s Jordan Brand affiliation. We’ll keep an eye on C.C.’s feet his next time around in the rotation, but for now you can check out some shots of Game 1′s Concord cleats after the jump. Thanks to Andy Henderson for the heads up. Nike Zoom Kobe V New Images and Colorways

Lately, some sneak peeks of the upcoming Zoom Kobe V have been surfacing, and like with most early previews, the shoe usually starts to look better and better as we get some more official looks at the final versions. These are believed to be legit Nike catalog shots that give us our best view yet of the Zoom Kobe V design, as well as the first batch of colorways. As you can see, similar to the Zoom Kobe IV, it’s already looking like the colorways will be plentiful, and also of note, the Flywire is front and center, unlike some recent samples that we’ve seen. As we get some more detailed looks, we’re sure that we will be able to get a much better appreciation of some of the finer details. For now, though, at least we can get a basic feel for the design and some color scheme options. Keep reading after the jump to get a closer look at all eight upcoming Zoom Kobe V colorways. Nike WMNS Air Structure Triax 91 Swan Sport Red March 2010

Nike has several new Air Structure Triax 91 runners in store for the shoe’s third decade.  This model pictured above is supposedly just for the ladies, but we expect to see dudes with good taste rockin’ these come next spring.  They’re a natural choice for the season with a blend of shiny and patent white leathers receiving some depth from a cotton knit textile that looks like it might be reversed denim.  Stick with Sneaker News for updates on these and all upcoming Nike running shoes.  via GLLTN

Nike Air Max Skyline EU Black Metallic Silver Volt

The Skyline has been able to come out with some successful colorways since its addition to the Nike running roster.  Like one of its debut colors, this Skyline goes for a more classic Nike running look.  Now in a black, grey and volt green color combination, it’s a slight nod to the established AM95 grey/neon yellow colors.  The tongue marks a special “Athletics West” branding, though it’s doubted to be part of the current East vs West collection.  Looking slick with pretty much anything you’re wearing, head over to size? and grab a pair or two.

Nike Air Max Rise Black Dark Grey

The Nike Air Max Rise, looking like it’s part of the same family tree as the Hyperize or maybe some distant younger cousin of the 2K4 Huarache, has been going under the radar within the hype of sneaker culture.  But let it be known, this is quickly becoming a hit with an appreciation for basketball footwear.  A number of athletes have been seen sporting these on NBA courts, like OJ Mayo and Brandon Roy.  Don’t be surprised if you start seeing some other ballers with their own PE colorways.  Or if you just like to go simple but aggresive, hit up id4shoes on eBay for the Air Max Rise in black/dark grey colorway with synthetic and patent leather.

Nike Terminator High Pearl Blue Black + Yellow Black

We’ve recently seen some fresh new looks for the Nike Terminator High like the Winter Journey colorways, the Winter Fur pack edition and the eagerly awaited Noise version. Now, we take a look at a pair that sticks more to the original look of the Terminator, but still manages to throw in some nice touches to give them a slightly new twist. Both pairs use a combination of Black leather and suede on the uppers with identical color blocking on each. One pair uses a shiny Yellow leather for as its secondary color, while the other spices things up with a pearlescent Blue material covering the accent areas. If you like what you see, you can find both pairs now at Tokishirazu.

Nike Air Penny 1/2 (Half) Cent Black Metallic Silver Available

Fusions and hybrids are a touchy subject amongst certain people.  For some, though, it’s simple as black and white- “I’m feeling ‘em” or “Nuh uh.”  But when it comes to the Air Penny 1/2 Cent, it seems to be the X-factor of the Nike crossbreeds that hit a chord with everyone.  Not just comparing to other hybrids, or even Nike Basketball, this shoe is one of the best consistent releases to come out of Nike in quite a while.

And so Nike drops this metallic silver pair and hopes to see the same success as previous releases.  The silver upper adds such a slick, futuristic feel to profile.  Lil’ Penny branding found on the heel tab in the form of a silhouette, then flipping it to find a portrait hologram found on the sole.  The light grey insole features a graphic of Lil’ Penny in a black cowboy get-up, maybe a reference to his part in the Pheonix Suns’ Backcourt2000  swiftly taking out the then-champion San Antonio Spurs in the semis.  Whatever it be, those in favor of these new 1/2 Cents can cop now from OSneaker.  If not, they’re also available at House of Hoops.

Nike Zoom Ashiko Total Orange Black Anthracite

Nike kicks are always dope, but their boot selection is a force to be reckon with.  We’ve seen some of the new Flywire versions of the classic ACG Ashiko boot.  Just in case the black with blue or orange weren’t a loud enough statement to make amongst everyone else’s mundane “function-only” snow boots to be hitting the streets, here’s a choice even more energetic.  The Nike Zoom Ashiko will now release in a vibrant Total Orange colorway, with a synthetic upper that helps bring out the maximum pop of the color scheme.  Though Winter conditions bring out the somber and melancholy of people, doesn’t mean your footwear has to express the same.  via FootLockerUnlocked.
