It’s well documented that sneakerheads love their Air Jordans, and whenever an OG Retro model is on the horizon, needless to say, the buzz gets pretty strong leading up to the eventual release. To say that’s what’s happening with the upcoming Space Jam Air Jordan XI would be a massive understatement. Sneaker collectors are literally foaming at the mouth right now at the thought of being able to grab a pair of the long-coveted Space Jams this coming December. Beside the fact that the original Space Jam colorway was so beloved, what makes the Retro release even more special is that unlike many other Air Jordan classics that are being re-released with alternate colors, materials or both, these will actually maintain their original form. The only new twist is the elaborate packaging, but that should hardly be grounds for many complaints. Check out the video to see these beauties unboxed and displayed for your viewing pleasure, and keep reading after the jump for some more pics of all the magical wonders contained in the Retro Space Jam shoe box.

Paris is widely regarded as the fashion capital of the world, so as part of their opening at the ‘Librarie’, Nike Sportswear employed local dyemakers 180g to freshen up some of their lifestyle models. Tonal editions of the Flytop, Tennis Classic, and newcomer Nike Flash look quite sophisticated. Meanwhile, what looks to be a nylon Dunk High in bright turquoise compliments a range of electrically-hewn NSW garb and implies we’ll see a brighter side of this collection, possibly come spring. As for now, the more conservative joints will be dropping next Thursday, November 5th at 180g, with additional pairs to sell at NikeParis.
You know how the Air Jordan 1 has been beefed up, strapped up and coloured in every shade of the rainbow? Expect that same treatment for little sneakerheads too with the Air Jordan J Man. It’s basically an elastic strapped AJ1 Low that slips on without the Phat tongue that we’ve grown accustomed to. This one goes with a simple white-on-black colourway that adds some spice in the form of tonal elephant print on the toebox, tongue and heel. Cop a pair for your youngster today from NikeStore.
Next month will seethe release of one of the most highly anticipated Nike SB Dunk Highs in recent memory. With November almost here, it’s officially time to start getting pumped for the release of the Flu Game Air Jordan XII Retros. While some were disappointed to learn that the Retro edition would differ slightly from the OG version, there will be plenty of sneakerheads unphased by the suede upper or the new Flu Game graphics that appear on the tongue and the heel. In addition to the new touches, there will also be a special Flu Game Retro card to sweeten the deal a little. If you have been waiting patiently for these and aren’t swayed by the changes, plan on scooping up your pair when they drop at Jordan retailers on Friday, November 27th. Via FootLockerUnlocked.
