adidas Originals NBA Pack Western Conference

The NBA season has just begun and adidas Originals is releasing their latest in NBA gear. The Centennial Low – Western Conference Pack drops in five colorways of the classic low-cut Centennial model. These Centennial lows get their design elements from five teams in the Western Conference – The Houston Rockets, Dallas Mavericks, San Antonio Spurs, Denver Nuggets, and Los Angeles Lakers. Each pair showcases the corresponding team colors, with a full suede upper, white midsole and outsole. Large team logos are printed visibly on the tongue, and each pair comes with two sets of laces. The Western Conference Pack is available now at adidas Originals stores in the US and www.shopadidas.com. Via Hypbeast

Reebok Perfectly Black Pack

With all this 20th Anniversary Pump hoopla of late, the Reebok ‘Perfectly’ Packs have taken on a different meaning.  Spanning the late 80s and early 90s heyday of Reebok Pumps, the Pump Omni Lite, Court Victory II and Insta Pump Fury are back in a single coloured design to match the grey and white packs.  These are all black, a colour that insists you take the diamond-shaped perforations literally.  Grab any or all of these today from GETTRY.

Nike Snowboarding Zoom Force 1 + Zoom Kaiju @ 21 Mercer

Unless we’re talking about resort facilities, it’s pretty uncommon to see people rocking snowboard boots out in public.  Nike Snowboarding might not necessarily be trying to change that, but with their latest drop, we might see some daring folks gripping the asphalt with these heavily-treaded lunar stompers.  There are three Zoom Force 1s, ranging from simple black and white to blue and yellow tiedye or a pair in black and red that depicts all sorts of woodland creatures on the hindfoot.  Last but not least is the Zoom Kaiju in black and blue with some serious Air Jordan flare.  All of these are available at Nike Sportswear retailers including their NYC flagship.

Celebrity Feet: Wale in Copper Nike Foamposite

We knew we’d see this sooner or later and with Wale’s past record of heat on his feet, we are not surprised to see him with the Copper Nike Foamposite on. From our previous post on the Nike Air Foamposite One – Dirty Copper we know they are scheduled for a Spring 2010 release with them hitting stores as soon as late January 2010. But of course with Wale’s hook ups he had them on while performing at last nights Jay Z Blueprint 3 Tour stop in Baltimore. Stay with Sneaker News for more info and photo leaks soon! Nike Air Structure Triax ‘91 – Black – Yellow – November 2009

Earlier this month we showed you a look at a new Black/Yellow colorway of one of the hottest retro silhouettes this season, the Nike Air Structure Triax ’91. Many believed these were a Livestrong release but as we found out earlier this month they are nothing more than a fresh colorway brought to us by Nike Sportswear. If you are interested in copping these and dont want to be bothered waiting for them to hit your local sneaker store you can pre-order them now at End.

Nike Air Force 1 Bespoke by Mike Capanni

Aside from the luxurious premium materials, one of the key benefits of Bespoke Nike Air Force 1s is the ability to arrange the colours any way you choose.  We’ve seen a ton of both Elephant and Safari prints rolling out of the 21 Mercer St. flagship store, but this might be the craziest thing to leave Nike Sportswear yet.  What we’re dealing with here is three distinct Safari prints: grey/grey, grey/yellow and grey/red.  The yellow and red sections are buffered by the all grey part, all of which rides a neon yellow MX sole.  Take a look at more shots after the jump, then head over to NSW and see if you can create something even crazier.

Nike Sportswear Spring 2010 Air Max Preview

While a lot of collectors focus on the Air Jordan, Air Force 1 and Dunk aspects of the Nike catalog, the Air Max line is just as beloved by many sneakerheads. Although many of these styles have been around for the last two decades, Nike still finds new ways to keep the classics fresh. Sometimes it’s just new color schemes or materials, but lately many OG models have been updated with new technology like in the case of the Air Maxim 1 and Air Max 90 Current. Here we have a look at some Air Max models that Nike Sportswear will be dropping next spring, and as you can see, there is a nice mix of new and old, as well as some eye-catching new colorways.

We have already previewed some of these kicks, but now you can get a broader idea of what will be coming next year. There will be three new colorways of the classic Air Max 1, as well as the new Torch edition of the Air Maxim 1. Joining the AM1′s will be two new Air Max 90′s sporting a combination of materials on the uppers and finally, a crazy new version of the Air Max 90 Current that sports a Moire pattern and a bold color scheme. Keep reading for a closer look at the upcoming collection and be on the lookout for specific release info. Photos via UrbanIndustry.

Bobbito x Pro Keds Royal Flash Release Event @ Packer Shoes

As reported yesterday, the Bobbito Garcia edition of the Pro-Keds Royal Flash (Add-On) finally dropped today, and to kick off the release, Kool Bob Love himself embarked on a five store tour of sneaker shops that started in New Jersey and eventually worked its way across NYC. The first in-store destination was Packer Shoes at noon, where a nice Pro-Keds Royal Flash display and some matching t-shirts were ready and waiting, along with a packed house anticipating Bobbito’s arrival. As soon as he walked in, he got right down to mixing it up with the crowd in his typical gregarious manner. After greetings and salutations, Bob quickly set up shop behind the counter and began putting the Sharpie to work.

In addition to Pro-Keds shoe boxes, the man of the hour was more than happy to tag up anything put in front of him. Some other signable items of note included old magazines, vinyl records and of course, copies of his book, Where’d You Get Those. In addition to providing John Hancocks to anyone who wanted one, the friendly and outgoing renaissance man was also happy to pose for photos and chat it up with all the event-goers. By the time Bobbito had to leave for the next in-store, everything was all autographed up, with a good percentage of the crowd either carrying a Bobbito x Pro-Keds Royal Flash box or rocking a pair on the spot. The green pair was the hot item of the day, but there are still some sizes in all three colorways still available at PackerShoes.

Jordan CP3.III Black White Blue

Chris Paul is entering his fifth NBA season as point guard for the New Orleans Hornets and third with a signature Air Jordan.  The Air Jordan CP3.III takes up where its angular predecessor left off, emphasizing the kind of comb geometry that one commonly associates with hornets, bees and the like.  These patterns make up the entire outsole and can be seen distinctly influencing the flow of lines on the AJXX2-like upper, which alternately could be said to resemble the Air Jordan VI (6) with its angular indent at midfoot.  Take a look at more shots after the jump and stick with Sneaker News for updates.  via FC.T

Nike Sportswear Air Pegasus 89 Berlin Wall

2009 has been probably the greatest year so far for reappropriating cultural milestones into sneaker design.  From Jackie Robinson breaking baseball’s colour barrier to the 40th anniversary of the lunar landing, Nike has practically put on their Cortezes and run back through an extended cut of Forrest Gump.  But it’s actually the Nike Sportswear Air Pegasus 89 that will be released in commemoration of two decades hence the fall of a wall that symbolized a shift both in Eastern/Central Europe and the world abroad.  This black lowtop with insane purple contrast stitching and a concrete-textured Swoosh are an interesting tribute to one of the world’s great sneaker loving cities.  Stick with Sneaker News for updates on the Nike Air Pegasus 89 ‘Berlin’.  via HS
