Tried all the fixes listed. Fustrated that Nike has no suporpt contact for this program, I know it is Beta but usually you have a feedback location so that bugs can be posted and fixed. Such a great motivation tool and would be easy to recommend to people to use. I would create a new user name and start again but I cannot figure out how to change the user on my ipod device. Too bad for me.
