The Nike Air Max Rise is a sneaker with a curious pedigree. From its name, you might think it’s related to the Nike Hyperize and thus, a member of the Hyperdunk lineage. Then again, it has the sweeping sunbeam-like indentations on the upper and midsole we’ve seen on the 2K-era Huarache basketball shoes, plus the ankle strap we’ve seen on some. This pair goes with a simple mix of white, royal blue and black that should suit plenty of schools’ uniforms as the basketball season heats up.
