We’ve seen some catalog shots of the Alpha Air Jordan 1, but with the (main) shoe celebrating the brand’s 25th anniversary unveiled this week, it’s time to take a closer look at this reprisal of the shoe that started it all. You can see that the pair above slated for a January release stays true to the banned original, but adds modern touches like a full length Zoom Air bag, no-sew upper and an environmentally friendly mesh lining. Stop complaining, I bet theses are going to be some comfortable 1′s to hoop in, style comes last, its all about having a legendary shoe that started it all back on the court but in a comfortable feeling….smh……dey look nice

Sorry guys.. I like it! I also like the Converse Weapon Evo for the same reason. All the classic cues of the OG 1 but with a modern twist and now you could actually ball in it without killing your feet!

I like the outsoles on the White/Black-University Blue and the White/Black/Blue but they’re all pretty sweet

ok so when i first saw the top half the shoe i thought it would b a retro 1 release. that would have been some fire, but i saw the 2nd half the shoe and i gotta say… looks ugly as hell. definately a WOM. waste of money.

I’d cop the first two without hesitation. This is actually an updated AJ1 with incorporated technology. I don’t ball anymore, but these would be mad comfy with Zoom Air in them. Whoever said these are along the lines of the Converse Weapon Evolution hit the nail on the head.
