Chien-Ming Wang might be the Yankees’ ‘Jared Jeffries‘, but both mediocre stat-guys are getting dope NY-themed PEs. Wang is capitalizing on the Yanks’ twenty-seventh World Series championship with another Nike PE. These split the difference between Wang’s Air Max 1 PE and the recent NYY Trainer 1: it’s a Trainer 1 in the Yankee palette (notice how the Flywire strands perfectly match the pinstripes on the rear quarter) that prominently features his logo, a ‘King’ character that looks like a literally-fireball-throwing pitcher whirling toward home.
