Last time we saw Omar Salazar, he was coasting through San Francisco traffic in the black HUF x Nike Blazer High. Maybe it was his way of connecting to the fans, since we can’t get his new Nike SB signature sneaker until next March. Then again, one lucky person is going to get their hands on this sample pair. It looks more Phillies than flaglike, though the red Flywire strands create a striping effect on the white Swooshes. There’s only a little bit more time left on these, available from jr21213 on eBay.

other skate shoes have had tongue pockets for years eg circas and dc’s..im not digging these at all

This tongue ‘pocket’ isn’t for your stash or keys or whatever like nict is saying in comment 5. The Omar Salazar Pro Model has the unique feature of letting you decide how fat you want the tongue.
In short, you can remove the padding or add some extra via the zipper.
