Star Wars mania helped to pave the way for modern sneakerhead culture. We don’t mean to forget about baseball cards or other types of action figures, it’s just that hardcore Star Wars fans are so passionate about keeping their stuff ‘deadstock’ that there’s an obvious carryover (The Cool Kids, anyone?).
