Louis Vuitton Winter 2009 Street Sneaker

Yesterday we gave you a look at the Louis Vuitton Sunlight sneaker from the winter 2009 collection. Here we bring you another silhouette from the Winter 2009 lineup, the Louis Vuitton Street Sneaker. The Street Sneaker comes in a high top and low top, with an embossed LV monogram as well as the Damier checkerboard pattern. Premium leather and suede were used as the medium for these shoes. Patent leather accents are seen in the Damier versions contrasting off the premium suede to box and side panels. If you want to dress things up a little bit for the holiday season you can cop a pair of these now through Louis Vuitton.

Nike Zoom LBJ Ambassador II Black Anthracite

It was kinda easy to dismiss the Nike Zoom LBJ Ambassador II since the Swoosh decided that only Asian buyers could cop these in their local sneaker stores.  The only way you’d miss these is in the dead of night, cos the mix of black and anthracite commonly known as ‘triple black’ is smooth enough to take another look.  The tumbled leather upper should do well for outdoor courts, sustaining their shape and (lack of) colour.  We’ll keep you posted with release updates.  via NLB

Sneaker Freaker x New Balance 850 “Skippy” Video Part 2

Last week, we showed you part 1 of the video complement to the Sneaker Freaker x New Balance “Skippy” collaboration and now, everyone’s favorite kangaroo is back for part 2. This installment finds Skippy coming across a young boy who is cleaning his New Balance 580′s, only to realize that the shoe is made from kangaroo leather! As you can imagine, Skippy is anything but pleased to witness this atrocious act of barbarism. If kangaroo leather is less offensive to you, check out the video while we await the actual drop of the Sneaker Freaker x New Balance 580 Skippy kicks.

Nike Hyperdunk Low Spring 2010 Preview

A few months have passed and many have still not recovered from the terrible news that the McFly Hypermax was not to release stateside, and that the McFly Hyperdunk Lows weren’t gonna drop at all!  Sad news, we know.  But look at the bright side – fresh shoes will always come our way.  And on another lighter note, Nike still pursued a future for other Hyperdunk Lows.  We saw these as a preview earlier this summer, but now we have some better shots for the Spring 2010 collection.  Obviously missing the more favored McFly versions, we see an all black profile instead.  Good looks to Shoeniverse for the images.

Chuck Taylor All Star AS NORDC S HI N Holiday Sweater

Maybe you sneakerheads and streetwear aficionados aren’t rocking it, but we’re all quite familiar with the quintessential holiday sweater that Granny or Uncle Lou is undoubtedly wearing every year.  As much as we may joke, it’s timeless and pretty much sums up the feelings of the holiday spirit.  Converse recognizes this and has made two Chuck Hi’s of the same sort.  The entire upper with a weaved design of your typical reindeer/moose with snowflake patterns.  Available in a an off white with a choice of red/navy or brown/honey, you can pick em up now at Flauge.

Nike Air Magma AC QK Light Brown Black Red

With Larry David bringing back the Seinfeld cast for this season of Curb Your Enthusiasm, what better way to introduce the new Nike ACG Air Magma AC Quickstrike than having Jerry wear an updated version of the Nike boots he so frequently rocked during his show’s early days.  Then again, the season finale is Sunday.  It was probably shot a good while back, you might have to do a YouTube with your friends to create what could have been.  From the ankles to the soles, you’ll be 100% Jerry, but the black vulcanized sole screams ‘retro remake!’  Try and remember that 13,600 yen is only about $150 when you grab these from mita sneakers.

PUMA Rudolf Dassler Schuhfabrik Collection

Here is a look at Puma’s Rudolf Dassler Schuhfabrik Collection. The collection is very modern and is inspired by all things sports but not only the sports themselves. The designs inspirations are said to have gone back all the way to the beginning of sports and relate to such cultural ideas like Cubism and Bauhaus, Dadaism and Jazz, and Modernism. The silhouettes feature an upscale minimalist design approach using a variety of textures and colors. via Kenlu

Nike Air Force 1 Bespoke by Eric Villatoro

The latest Air Force 1 Bespoke to come out of Nike Sportswear’s 21 Mercer space in New York City is this pair of AF1 Low’s designed by Eric Villatoro who chose to use a number of exotic materials and colors. Villatoro used a Purple nubuck on the quarter and heel of the shoe with the front of the shoe and toebox using a twister croc leather, also in Purple. For the Swoosh and heel of the shoe Eric decided to go with Nike’s iconic Safari print and he completed the shoe by giving it an Infared contrast stitch on the upper and midsole.

Nike Sportswear Huarache Dance Low Spring 2010 Preview

Here is a new style being released from Nike Sportswear in Spring 2010 for both men and women, the Nike Huarache Dance Low. The basic silhouette seems like a cross between the original Huarache and a Nike Court Force. There is a wide array of materials used for these, both natural and synthetic.  These Huarache Dance Lows boast leather, neoprene, perforated suede and patent leather uppers that are ideal for comfort and flexibility, which all sit on a rubber midsole and outsole similar to the sole of the Nike Court Force. Keep reading after the jump for a look at all the upcoming Spring 2010 colorways and thanks to Shoeniverse for the pics.”
