One of the more entertaining things to do when killing time is hopping on Nike iD and creating some of your own colourways. What makes this guilty pleasure even more enjoyable is the addition of the Nike Zoom Kobe V to the Nike iD arsenal. Even though the Nike iD website is extremely interactive, at times it might be difficult to extrapolate the precise color and texture of the shoe, so these pics of the actual product will definitely help. The Nike Zoom Kobe V iD might be the most personal Nike iD yet, with a number of textures and graphics available to customize to your tastes, so its best to scrutinize these iD samples from NikeHarajuku as much as you can. Can you create your own sick colourway, like the Kobe Chaos or the Dark Knight Kobe V?

The Nike Air Structure Triax 91 turned 18 this year, and really grew up. Not only did we see a bunch of satisfying retro and modern colourways, but it also made an improbable crossover to a basketball shoe look easy. Well, let’s not forget about the last Triax runner before the legendary AM95, the Nike Air Max Triax 94. It’s pictured above in a subtle mix of black, grey and white. Sounds kinda bland, but the various black fabrics add some much-needed depth. Grab a pair of these for yourself from 95Soleman on eBay.

Nike has a good selection of Flywire-equipped runners on tap for Spring and Summer 2010. One prime example is the Nike Air Zoom Speed Cage+ 2, shown above in an unmissable bright red getup. There are green, black, yellow and blue stripes on the tongue’s laceloop, colours which all come in again on the outsole, just barely peeking out on the edges. It’s an interesting look, and is available at Nike Sportswear retailers, including their Harajuku flagship in Tokyo.

Here are some additional pictures of the black/varsity maize colourway of the upcoming Nike Lunarlite Rejuven8 Mid. Quite the technological breakthrough, this shoe is; the feather-like weight of the Lunarlite midsole and breathability of Torch make the Lunarlite Rejuven8 proof that the future is now. The Livestrong-esque colourway doesn’t hurt either, but rest assured that a number of other colourways will be released as well. You can grab your black/yellow pair over at Wish.

It seems like King James has been breaking out a new colorway of his latest signature model for nearly every game lately. Just in the last week, we already saw him rocking the Christmas edition of the Air Max LeBron VII in last Friday’s matchup with Kobe, followed by the NBA debut of the Black/White/Gold version a few days later. Last night, to help celebrate his 25th birthday, LeBron showed off the clean White/Red NFW installment of the LeBron VII collection. LeBron put in a 48 point performance in the new kicks and was helped to a win thanks to miracle shot from unlikely 3-point gunner Anderson Varejao. Photos via YahooSports.

Before you get too excited, no, these are not the Retro return of the Columbia Air Jordan XI’s. As you can see, the clear outsole on this pair sports an Ice Blue look instead of the clear version that appeared on the Columbias. To make matters worse, even if you are still feeling these, it probably wouldn’t matter anyway, because these are a GS release. The youngsters will be keeping it clean with these crisp beauties, but at least we should be getting the White on White 25th Anniversary edition in men’s sizes. Keep reading after the jump for a bunch more images of one of Jordan Brand’s most enviable kid’s releases in a while. Via shop34078581.

The adidas Stan Smith, named after a successful American tennis player of the same name, stands as one of the best-selling pairs of tennis shoes in history. The cultural relevance and history behind the shoe are both central bases of the success of the adidas Stan Smith, which employs a simple and almost unassuming design. The Millennium Falcon, Hans Solo’s starship, can be considered with equal thought; while it has its humble origins (Hans Solo won the ship in the Could City Sabacc Tournament despite it not being an actual prize), the Millennium Falcon was involved in some of the most historic battles and events in the Star Wars saga. The design of this Star Wars x adidas collaboration is placed to match the dilapidated exterior of the Millennium Falcon. These are available now at Schuh-You.

The New Year is upon us, so that means it’s time to re-stock on some fresh kicks. Releasing at the end of January is the Nike Air Force 1 07 in a simple, no-frills black-on-white colourway. The all-white Air Force 1 midsole is as distinctive as any feature on a pair of kicks, and this clean pair would be a great addition to the casual wearer or the Air Force 1 purist. However, this pair doesn’t go without a special notice; the sole is a translucent black gumsole, hence the moniker “Black Ice”. Pre-orders are available at Nike retailers online.

The Oklahoma City Thunder have their best record since moving from Seattle and it might be because of good teamwork. Superficially, they’re united, as evidenced by the show of solidarity that is wearing all the same sneakers. The one that’s sure to get the most attention is the ‘Creamsicle’ colourway of Kevin Durant’s Nike KDII. It’s immediately clear why they’re nicknamed once you get a look, but you might not have realized that the upper is entirely reflective, thanks to 3M treatment.
