Sneaker News has the pleasure of being out on the left coast this week to cover the media unveiling of the Zoom Kobe V, and to get us in b-ball mode, we took a trip over to the legendary Venice Beach courts to take in some genuine Cali hoops action. The courts have been immortalized in a number of movies, with the most famous example being White Men Can’t Jump. Local streetball celebrity Mouthpiece was on hand to introduce some of Venice Beach’s best ballers and provide some colorful play by play for the crowd. The court was covered with Kobe IV’s and LeBron VII’s, but the real anticipation is for an official look at the Zoom Kobe V in the flesh. Stay tuned later today for all of our upcoming coverage from the Kobe V event.
