This past Fall season, Nike dropped the Nike Kobe Dream Season, an appropriate name for a Kobe Bryant signature shoe. A season in which he was crowned League MVP and achieved a fourth Championship ring could not have unfolded any better. Here’s a preview of the Nike Kobe Dream Season II (2) in a quintessential Home Lakers colourway. The Dream Season 1 was a welcome deviation from the Nike Zoom Kobe IV, going the mid-top route, and judging by the sneak peeks, the second Dream Season looks to be going a similar path. While it’s cut lower than the Dream Season 1, it is definitely higher than the Nike Zoom Kobe V. What the Dream Season II does share with the ZKV is the midsole design and Flywire integration, and it wouldn’t be wrong to think of the Nike Kobe Dream Season II as a “Lite” version of the Zoom Kobe V.
