The Nike Zoom Skyposite is about as versatile as a basketball shoe gets. Everybody from Nate Robinson to Lamar Odom wears the Zoom Kobe IV, so you know the Skyposite is in good company when Kryptonate has his own PE. So does Amar’e Stoudemire, whose game is considerably heavier on pounding than tiny Nate’s. Good to know, then, that if Robinson can rock these on the perimeter, STAT can still (occasionally) bang the boards in the same shoe. This Eggplant lookalike will probably drop sometime later this month, so stick with Sneaker News for updates. via HK-Kicks

Black upper, white swoosh, midsole, and inner lining, all wrapped up nicely with Hyper Blue trim on the heel, midsole, shoelaces, and logo on the tongue. Last year Nike along with EA Sports got together to celebrate Tony Parker’s appearance on the cover of NBA Live 09 with the release of a very limited Nike x EA Sports NBA Live 09 Tony Parker Hyperdunk, this year it seems that even though Tony Parker will not be on the cover of NBA Live again he will be getting another pair of exclusive Nike Basketball shoes made for him. Instead of the Hyperdunk, Parker was given his own Hyperize, which features similar treatment as the Hyperdunk from last year. The upper on both the Hyperize and Hyperdunk use a similar Metallic Silver material, additionally the color blocking on both shoe’s is quite similar. No word on when these Hyperize’s will be released if at all but stay tuned to Sneaker News for the latest.

This dude CroatianStyle had an amazing collection of Futura designed Nike Air Force 1s. We’ve already seen a hightop pair and three other lowtops following the same basic formula and next up is this pair in metallic silver. Blue on the Futura-branded tongue tag and translucent outsole have a Cowboys feel, especially this time of year, but the red ‘BE’ ‘TRUE’ peek-throughs. With five samples, it’s hard to believe that all of them will hit retailers. That means this *could* be insanely valuable, and we know for sure it’s available now, also from CroatianStyle on eBay.

With all the buzz about Chad Muska’s new Skytop II, we tend to forget about the other strong models coming out of the Supra for Holiday 09. There’s something about strong silhouettes dipped entirely in precious metallics. This pair of TK Society’s, however, just couldn’t decide upon silver or gold, so it takes on both. It’s a good thing that it isn’t true foil, or the gold and silver would be a big failure. Set to drop Saturday, December 12th, cop em at Factory413.

You might see this and think, “Wait a second, the Air Jordan 1 never said ‘NIKE’ on the heel!” You’d be right, and you’ve also noticed the similarity between the Big Nike High and AJ1. The only real difference aside from that block text is the shape of the part of the toebox that meets the eyelets, which is more Court Force-like on the AJ1. Aside from that, these Big Nikes are a faithful rendition of the original Air Jordan off-colour, ‘J-Pack’ blue. They have some extra depth too, with the contrast between smooth leather on the blue parts and suede on the black. If you’re a J-Pack fan, these are a no-brainer; cop them from Jordan Brand Seller on eBay.

If you had to pick a side this winter, you would do well to go counter-intuitive and pick ‘North’. We’ve seen several Nike Dunks from up above that not only have cool colourways, but that could blind your competition with their diagonal stripes. On this black and orange pair, that effect comes from the dual-coloured ballistic nylon on the toe and ankle collar. Toss in some well placed greys and white for balance, and you have the kind of shoe that’s all at once eye-popping and smooth. Cop yours from Size?.

The Nike Harajuku iD studio in Japan now has the Air Force 1 Premium available for customization. However, the Air Force 1 Premium iD is in fact limited in quantity, so, as always, they’re on a first-come, first-served basis. Another nice touch is the shoelace inserts that come in either silver or gold, although at the moment only the gold ones are available. Nike Harajuku iD studio strongly suggests you make reservations ahead of time, either over the phone or in person, so give them a ring. In the meantime, come up with your own Nike iD color recipes. Sneaker News will keep you updated regarding stateside availability of the Air Force 1 Premium iD.

The other day we gave you a look at these Lebron Soldier IV samples. To many’s utter disgust, we’re glad to let you know these are, in fact, a fake. Thanks to the collaborative digging of FC.T and other big overseas online sources, they have confirmed that the above model is actually fake Lebrons that are sold in China. We’re sorry for any inconvenience from our last post, but from the looks of the comments left from the original post, we don’t think any of you will be missing these.

For couples to match footwear, its really a matter of opinion its it’s cute or not. For those who are for it, it can be hard sometimes due to the available size issues. Aisics makes sure that couples who like to match can do so. The Aisics Procourt is given a shearling liner, perfect for the winter season. Color specific for gender, the males get an earthy brown tone, while the females get a typical combo of grey, light blue and fusica. Both pairs are contrasted with flannel for the ankle panel, while the belts take on an argyle pattern featuring the colors of the shoe itself. A good look for the lovers to stay warm for the cold days. Both the men’s brown pair and the women’s grey pair are now available at Gettry.

Though we still miss the good ol’ days at the 255 Nike iD Studio on Elizabeth Street in New York, it seems the iD division has really made strides to be commended by even the stubborn of Nike purists. Bespoke has been creating some dope pairs at 21 Mercer, and the new speckle and safari options on the iD site seem to be so appealing, they were put on backorder within hours of being available online. Major Zurich retailer, Grand, now has an exclusive iD Studio on location for a limited period of time. Like all iD locations, a design consultant will assist you in creating a dope pair of Air Max 90, Cortez, Dunk High and Low, Air Max 95, Air Classic, Vandal Low, Air Stab, Blazer High, Air Force 1, Air Max 1 and limited Air Max 90 Current. There will also be some extra custom options available only at the Grand iD Studio. If your able to get to the Switzerland area, act fast and reserve your appointment.
