If you already copped these when we previewed them, you’ll probably cry yourself to sleep. A better option might be to just go ahead and get a retail pair of the Air Jordan 1 Retro High Silver Anniversary edition. We appreciate how these new photos better reveal the contrast between white, grey and metallic silver sections, but that’s how all of these ’23/25′ tagged pairs will look. What’s better about the retail release is the box: it’s going to be an Air Jordan XVII-style aluminum briefcase. Impressive stuff, and you know Sneaker News will keep you updated. via FC.T

Everybody who’s into sneakers knows about the ongoing DJ AM Charity Auctions on eBay, but here’s a pretty big surprise: Nike has secretly released the DJ AM x Nike Dunk High Premium to Quickstrike accounts. Adam Goldstein’s Dunk was designed with black patent leather laid atop smooth red leather. A metallic zinc Swoosh and white midsole give extra balance. The signature component has to be the ‘DJ AM’ tongue tag, but don’t forget about those strobe dot perforations around the heel area. Stay tuned to Sneaker News for US release info. via HB

Here comes the Jordan CP3.III in its ‘Mardi Gras’ colourway. They’re white to represent that NO practically ‘owns’ Fat Tuesday, along with purple, yellow and teal accents for the Hornets’ jerseys. Laser-etched side panels are impressive, but don’t forget about the subtle way that a speckled purple midsole brings the whole design together. Today, Sneaker News and the rest of the Zoom Kobe V global media event crew got a chance to visit the Montalban Theatre in Los Angeles for a very special introduction to the Zoom Kobe V iD. The theater was set up with several screens displaying all of the different, color, material and graphic options for the shoe, as an iD specialist walked us through some of the key points and finer details. After the presentation, we were let loose on some iD computer stations, where we were able to explore the possibilities offered by the Zoom Kobe V iD first hand. Starting tomorrow, the shoe will be up on Nike iD with options to build and share your design, but the shoe will not actually be available for purchase until Christmas Day, December 25th. Keep reading for a look at some pics of the theater, the presentation and of course some samples of the Zoom Kobe V iD.

Calling all space nerds! Two of the biggest icons in pop culture have come together for an all out collaboration. adidas Originals and Lucasfilm Ltd. will be release a full line of footwear and apparel in the likes of the infamous STAR WARS saga. We’ve seen sneak previews of these, including an inside look at the Princess Leah Top Ten, but the collection includes a much more vast selection. The brand takes their most popular classic silhouettes and adorns them with colors and aesthetics corresponding to characters and space crafts from the original three STAR WARS installations. Each design is intelligently executed to perfectly convey their respective presumed inspiration without making it too campy or adolescent. With the first set of releases expected promptly at the beginning of 2010, the collection will emerge throughout the entire year, with the apparel dropping later for the fall/winter seasons. via SF

Following up on the release of the Black/Orange colourway of the Nike Dunk Low North Pack is a Black/Purple colourway in a similar motif. The color combo acts as a “reverse” colourway of the black/purple GR dunks that released in January 2006 along with the “Un-Argon” Dunk lows. Nike keeps it simple again with this dark, wintry color way, but should work perfectly with all four seasons. Available for purchase at Size?.

The slogans that finish off the Air Jordan commercials compel us to “Be Legendary”, and what can be more inspirational that a pair of Air Jordan Phly Legend cooked up with the Jordan XII “Playoffs” in mind? While these Phly Legends maintain its classic appeal, this latest colourway adapts design cues from the Air Jordan XII that MJ rocked during the 1997 playoffs. The white outsole, black uppers, vector field-like stitching, and red Jumpman sitting pretty on the tongue are the prominent characteristics of both the Playoff XIIs and these latest Air Jordan Phly Legend Premier. Pick up your pair at select Nike retailers or from StepToRun on eBay.

Here’s a look at the upcoming Jordan Classic ‘91 in a Red-Black colourway. It’s a tribute to Michael Jordan’s first NBA Championship when he and his Chicago Bulls dethroned the Bad Boy Pistons and defeated the Lakers in the Finals. As you can see, the Jordan Classic ’91 combines elements of earlier Jordans, but still upholds its own unique identity. The Jordan Wings logo, Jordan III-esque in-step, and even the Jordan XII-like stiching on the rear are some of the design cues borrowed from the Jordan Line, and further examination will probably reveal more. These Classic ‘91s are set to drop on the 19th of December, so keep your eyes peeled. via Kinetics.

Celebrating the 25th anniversary of the Paris Runner, Reebok has released this classic red/blue/white colourway, akin to the United Kingdom’s national flag, with off-white/cream on the tongue trim and bottom sole. Few have both the balls and swag necessary to out-flamboyant Jeremy Scott. The world-famous fashion designer clearly watched alot of ‘Another World’ and his designs for adidas Originals have been heavily decked out in ‘African’ patterns of late. What first drew our attention to his collabo with the Three Stripes, though, was the insane JS Wings model.
So back to ‘even more flamboyant than J.Scott’: Swarovski (you know, the crystals in those skull sculptures) crystals cover this white edition of the JS Wings, a Paresian exclusive only available from colette. They’re part of a larger Christmas exhibition at colette’s flagship, and oh yeah, you can also buy them for €2500.00.
