Nike Air Max LeBron VII (7) Low NYC Edition Sample Available on eBay

We already knew LeBron loves New York (who doesn’t?), and so we’re wondering if he’ll sign with the Knicks as a free agent in July.  Here’s a new sneaker that encapsulates both of those tidbits quite nicely in the Nike Air Max LeBron VII (7) Low.  One of the first things you might notice is the ‘I ♥ NY’ heel pivot, with the LBJ lion’s head insignia for its heart.  The redesigned outsole is on one side of the orange and white speckle framed Air bubble, while a ‘Crown’ logo-style question mark begs the question on their insoles (also looks a little like a backwards ’6′).  Peep the microperfed blue suede goodness in a dozen closeups after the jump.  If you can’t wait for these to hit stores, you can pick up this size 9 sample from cigar0330 on eBay.

Futura x Nike Air Force 1 High Supreme Matte Silver Team Orange

Over the last few weeks, Sneaker News has been giving you a heads up regarding samples of the upcoming Futura x Nike Air Force 1 Be True pack on sale at eBay. Here’s another pair of a Nike Air Force 1 High, but the inclusion of this pair in the Be True pack is not quite clear. A quick look at the design cues like the perforations and Futura tongue tag will tell you that these might be a part of the upcoming Futura pack, but a few key characteristics leave us scratching our heads.

First, the metal lace inserts are not the same as those in the Be True pack, and instead of “Be True” graffiti-ed onto the both of the sole is a graphic of an animated character. Also, the AF1 High in the Be True pack is fashioned with leather, while this pair looks to be nubuck, and the stitching is tucked in, while the original pairs don’t have the stitching concealed. Nevertheless, this Nike Air Force 1 High looks great, regardless of whether or not it is, in fact, part of the Be True pack. via Dunk.

Star Wars x adidas Skywalker Available

Yoda’s ZX700 Boot is toned-down in comparison to the original Jedi sneaker, but Luke Skywalker’s adidas can’t make the same claim.  The Star Wars x adidas Skywalker (it’s a Top Ten remake, if you were wondering) is blaze orange to match young Luke’s similarly hewn X-Wing flight suit.  The tie-ins continue with white Three Stripes matching that suit’s dominant accent colours.  The coincidence of Skywalker rockin’ Three Stripes on his own helmet makes this feel like a collab three decades in the making, and they’re available now from Schuh-You.

Nike Zoom Don Spiridon Inspired New Images

How many different mid/high-top Nike shoes have spawned a low-cut younger brother? Too many to count. The Nike Zoom Don, however, reverses this trend; The Nike Zoom Spiridon goes from low-top runner to mid-top trainer, similar to how the Nike Air Structure Triax 91 gave way to the Nike Air Hoop Structure. The Nike Zoom Don employs the unmistakeable Spiridon design, but with some interesting changes, with the most blatant of them being the new midsole, which is eerily similar to that of the Air Jordan XIII. The bottom sole has also gone through an entire face-life, going from running-shoe traction to trainer/basketball-ready. Three colourways with a pricetag of $115 are set to release; classic black/red/white, royal/silver/white, and a black/white variety. Check back with Sneaker News for release updates. via chajinyoung.

Nike Sportswear Dunk High Supreme Black Purple Yellow Spring 2010

Here’s a peek at a colourway of a Nike Dunk High Supreme, an upcoming Nike Sportswear release. Add these to the Lakers-inspired-colourway pile; purple mesh integrated with a black outer panel, a patent varsity maize swoosh and inner mesh liner of the same color, and volt yellow shoelaces make you wonder if these were customized on Nike iD. The colourway is pretty simple, but the best part is what you can’t see; Zoom Air cushioning. A previous Nike Dunk High SB Lakers sample has yet to resurface, so this upcoming NSW Dunk High Supreme should fit the bill. via hypebeast.

Jordan Brand January 2010 Release Info

Not too long ago we gave some insight into official info on upcoming Jordan Brand products, and now we’re able to update with some more styles and release info.  2009 is going out with a bang with a huge turnout for the Space Jam release, and the loud noise will continue forth into the new year.  Some models like the Flight 45′s already popping up at shops, the January list is loaded with some goodies like the Fresh Since ’85 Spiz’ike, Jordan Alpha 1, 3M Jordan 2′s and the highly anticipated Varsity Red Jordan 6 (don’t front – you complain about the absence of Infrared, but you’re still gonna cop).  Usually shunned by the community out of principle, the non-retro stuff is actually impressive as well, most likely alluring to the intuitive who can actually be open-minded for new things.  Stay up for further release info.

Air Jordan VI (6) Retro Pistons Colorway New Images

There’s no arguing the Air Jordan VI’s spot as one of the most popular Jordan signature models – every retro release was met with high anticipation and quick sales. We previewed the upcoming Detroit Pistons Air Jordan VI a few months back, so take a look at some extra pics. It features a nubuck and patent leather upper with a myriad of colors on the midsole; versatile varsity red, nostalgicly speckled true blue, and contrasting light graphite all combine surprisingly well with the signature ice outsole. Check back with Sneaker News for updated info regarding a drop date. via FC.T.

Nike SB Dunk High Premium Wool New Images

Here are some extra images of a Premium output of the Nike Dunk High SB, set to drop in Spring/Summer of 2010. These would look familiar if you happened to read one of our Nike SB 2010 Preview reports from just a few days prior. The colorful Coogi sweater-like graphic is actually wool material, something Nike SB seldom uses, so consider that an added incentive to pick up a pair. We’ll keep you posted regarding a stateside release, but advanced overseas purchase info is available at Korea-based e-shop Kasina.

Nike Air Force 1 Bespoke by Dan Hwang

The newest Nike Air Force 1 Bespoke to come out of the Nike Sportswear 21 Mercer space is by our very good friend, Dan Hwang, of Freshness. Dan decided to use a variety of materials on different parts of the AF1′s upper to give it a distinct and premium look. The materials include Bulgaro leather, Denim, and Loopwheeler fleece. Dan also decided to use the Air Force 1 iD MX midsole which is paired perfectly with the upper. To top things off the dubrae is engraved with “Fresh 09″.
