The adidas ZX500 is an adidas Original running shoe that debuted in 1986. Meant for the high-mileage runner, the ZX500 has seen a large number of colourways and materials; it definitely racked up the miles in its inner odometer, but continues running strong. Here’s a look at new colourway of the adidas ZX500, one that is quite contrary to to usual simple-colored nylon-upper make-up. It features a patent leather upper with rainbow-colored shoelaces and midsole, and light grey stripes and trim. Peep the sole and you’ll see a rainbow arrangement of traction pegs; don’t they remind you of those candy bits that came on wax paper? Quartershop has these (the shoes) available for purchase.
