Nike Air Max+ 2009 Black White Sample on eBay

About 99% of all mens sample sneakers are done in US size 9, but then again, every Nike Air sneaker before this one had at least some reinforcement caging.  The Nike Air Max+ 2009 broke through that limit with its unprecedented, unbounded Air cushion, and this size 10 sample pair was never released for whatever reason.  We’re thinking ‘panda’ with its white-on-black design, but the red Nike+ insignia on its outsole reminds us that these were intended to move a bit faster.  Grab yours before it’s too late, they’re available from verbDWS on eBay.

adidas Originals A.039 Collection Spring 2010

We include Nike’s style codes whenever they’re available, and the last three digits designate a particular colourway of the model.  With adidas, we don’t see as much emphasis on the coding, but it’s still important, especially in-house.  With the adidas Originals A.039 collection, we get a bunch of shoes that celebrate a colourway, but none of them actually feature it.

A.039 is the shade of royal blue that you’ll see nowhere on these four releases, save the outsoles.  So, people who watch you walk past will see them, but the Campus 80s are the only blue kicks, and those are navy.  You can pick from yellow or black in the Gazelle lowtop, and rounding out the bunch is a black adiTennis hightop.  All four can be yours, now from SneakersNStuff.

Nike Royal Mid Black Dark Shadow White

As with the pair of Air Flytops we showed you earlier today, these Nike Air Royal Mids are pretty much the opposite of the white pair of that same model that dropped last week.  Also like the Flytops, these Royals are done up in a supremely soft black leather, which rides a white midsole.  Your choice at this point is pretty much, black or white, and straps or no (or one of each!).  Grab these Air Royals today from Caliroots.

Air Jordan II (2) Retro Brown Croc Detailed Images

Are we cool with settling on cigar boxes as the design inspiration for these?  The brown croc Air Jordan II has a high-class look that suggests you might be able to rock them regardless of the dress code, but it’s the red wax stamp on the outer ankle collar that has yet to be clarified.  We’ve seen MJ with more stogies than Makers Marks and cranberry vodkas combined, so it seems likely that ‘Bin 23′ is alluding to the ‘other’ kind of corona.  Take a look at more photos after the jump and let us know what you think.  via Kinstor

Air Jordan VI (6) Retro Lakers New Photos

The juggernaut that is the Air Jordan VI Retro continues rolling in 2010. With both (near-) OG colourways releasing this spring, there’s also a third black and white pair. Before you get all ‘whaaa?’, these joints are more different from either the Oreos or Motorsports AJVIs to be either’s bizarro- pair. Instead, they have a wholly unique look, thanks to the purple and gold contrast stitching that holds their black nubuck uppers together. We haven’t seen that since the Cinco de Mayo Pack of AJ1s, nor have we seen an official release date, but Marquee Sole has a limited-size run available already.

Nike WMNS Vandal High Club Purple White Black

Where are you, Vandal?  Other than a couple of previews for upcoming releases, the holiday season was conspicuously lacking Nike Vandal drops.  Here’s one for the new year, and it uses the Vandal’s signature piping to dramatic effect.  The black lines over a purple underlay make these look slightly cel-shaded, while a snakeskin pattern adds some wildness to the toebox and eye-plackets.  If you want another pair of syrupy Vandals, grab these from Japan’s Limited Edt.

UNDFTD x Converse Poorman Weapon Navy Blue

A new duo of Converse Poorman’s Weapon sneakers just released, but don’t forget about where they came from.  It was exactly a year ago today that the original black nylon design released in collaboration with UNDEFEATED, and looks like Eddie Cruz and company are ready for round three.  Coming up on Friday, January 29th a new navy blue UNDFTD x Converse Poorman Weapon will release with all the trimmings: bomber jacket nylon upper, velcro logos and flight helmet bags, and will release alongside matching MA-1 Flight Jackets.  Click the jump below for a look at the entire collection.  via HS

Freshness x adidas Equation Sneak Preview

It’s easy for a boutique to get a collab shoe- it’s pretty much an incentive for giving these footwear brands so many sales.  As an artist being asked to design a shoe, it pretty much shows where you are in your career; you’re doing big things and a brand knows what you can do for one of their shoes.  But as an informative platform, sites provide so much info that is unbeknownst to the masses in any other way, yet that doesn’t mean those behind these sites are necessarily creative themselves.

Freshness just posted a sneak peak of their first collaboration with adidas with more on the way it seems like.  The adidas Equation, the convertible bball shoe that got some good buzz from its NBA team editions, will be getting a new look full of Freshness.  The black upper with white 3-stripe patterns, influenced by dazzle camo, is contrasted by lime green stitching to compliment the Freshness logo on the tongue.  No matter if you decide to rock ‘em high or low, this is gonna be a serious look.  via Freshness

Nike Air Flytop Black Dark Shadow White

Read the title and thought, “Didn’t we just see a Flytop in dark shadow?”  Yup, you’re right.  Here’s another Nike Air Flytop that uses that same carbon-grey shade as an accent, but instead of the white leather upper we saw on that most recent pair last week, these joints opt for a buttery smooth black leather.  If you copped the white joints, you should probably have these, and if you didn’t, why not?  One of the most versatile Swoosh sneakers, these Air Flytops are available from Caliroots.
