The Nike Air Footscape is a lot like Cajun food; it takes some getting used to but once you reach that point, you can’t stop eating. Footscapes are definitely a cult hit within the sneaker game, and we’ve already seen a Electric Green Nike Air Footscape release this year. Here’s a new colourway that’s just as lighthearted, as pink usually brings an element of levity. Leather at the toe and a buttery suede on the rest, matched with a vivid pink swoosh and set of laces. These latest Footscapes are available at reputable Japanese e-mall Limited EDT.

The Nike Hyperdunk earned its position as the unofficial basketball shoe of 2008, and went as far as being called the Nike Zoom Kobe IV – a conclusion the was obviously premature. Check out these detailed pics of the upcoming Nike Hyperdunk 2010; although this time nobody will calling it a Kobe shoe, it definitely resembles a hypothetical high-top version of the Zoom Kobe V. It shares design cues from the Kobe Sig Line like the outsole, embedded Flywire, and mesh-lined tongue. Check out the marble-texture on the upper and the layering on the ankle trim. Watch for these Hyperdunk 2010 to drop in Summer 2010. via FLUL.

There was a period in which many popular Nike Air Max models were released in colourways too bright, too misplaced, too absurd. Nike has gone back to basics with the Nike Air Max 90, giving us simpler, everyday colourways that made the earlier part of the last decade so great. Check out the this new colourway of the 90 in Black, Green and White – a treat for Boston Celtics fans. But aside from the great colourway, can anyone say…MESH TOES? (Or at least what appears to be mesh). Cop your pair over at Finishline, and continue reading for a coupon code that’ll save you some cash.

The Nike LeBron signature line has been cultivating a tradition of giving props to some of the elite and legendary basketball programs across the nation. Located in my hometown of Queens, NY, Christ The King is known for its competitive basketball program and grooming of some well-known professional ballplayers like Lamar Odom, Jayson Williams, Speedy Claxton, Sue Bird, and Chamique Holdsclaw. Check out these the Nike Air Max LeBron VII Christ The King colourway, using the school’s maroon and gold along with a patent white mudguard as the backbone of this latest LeBron VII shoe. Don’t be confused with the CavFanatic LeBron VII; similar colors but two different shoes nonetheless. Grab your pair via overseas purchase at marqueesole.

The retro-on-the-outside, high-tech-on-the-inside Air Jordan Alpha 1 released this past Saturday in the classic Varsity Red, White, and Black colourway. Additional colors will surely be on the way, but now is your chance to choose your own destiny: The Air Jordan Alpha 1 is now available for customization on Nike iD, with even more color options since the Air Jordan Alpha 1 Nike iD Design Contest.
Air Jordan products rarely hit Nike iD, so for a classically inspired pair like the Air Jordan Alpha 1 to be made available is definitely worth a few “woo-hoos”. But don’t waste your time pumping your fists too much, because the Alpha 1 iD is as limited as it is as exciting; only 23 pairs will be customizable per day until Valentine’s Day, but those who can sit on their hands will have a shot come the 15th, when the Air Jordan Alpha 1 iD will be available worldwide.

While these aren’t part of the Star Wars x adidas Originals Collection, this black and white colourway of the adidas ZX800 would have no problem fitting right in as a Stormtrooper or even a Darth Vader colourway. The upper combines nubuck and leather and features an embossed checkerboarding that reveals itself as you gradually move your eyes toward the heel, just like that of the adidas Conductor we previewed a few days ago. The midsole and central lace eyelets are a bright white, which contrast well with this stealthy colourway. You can grab these new adidas runners or any member of the Star Wars x adidas Originals at Schuh-You.

The Nike Air Pippen 2-inspired Nike Zoom Flip’N has permeated the NBA fairly quickly thus far; well-known Nike athletes in the L have been seen wearing team colourways of the Flip’N, like Rashard Lewis, Tony Parker, and Deron Williams. Here’s a new black/red/white colourway that Sneaker News previewed in our Spring 2010 Nike Basketball Preview – a colourway fit for a Trail Blazer or a raging Bull. Matches the Home, Away, and Alternates, doesn’t it? Check out the FRESH stitching on the tongue and the visible Zoom Air unit as well. Watch for these to drop at Nike Basketball retailers soon. via F5.

Much clamor followed the release of the super-vibrant, 3M equipped Nike KD2 Creamsicle, but Kevin Durant’s Home and Away colourways of his second signature shoe follow the typical white-for-home and black-for-away formula. The Away colourway is mostly black, using tumbled leather on the in-step strap and outer mudguard, while the Home white colourway uses patent leather instead. If you’re into collecting signature shoes, don’t overlook these Nike KD2; Durant’s stock is only rising. Both colourways are available at Finishline, and continue reading for a coupon code to save you some cash!

Another anticipated basketball shoe that we’ve been eagerly awaiting is the Nike Huarache 2010. The Huarache name took a hiatus from Nike Basketball but it returns for the ’09-’10 NBA Season, already seen on the feet of UConn product Rudy Gay and soon-to-be free agent Chris Bosh. Orlando forward Rashard Lewis also has his own Nike Huarache 2010 PE, but lately he’s been wearing the Nike Zoom Flip’N. Check out these in-game pictures to see them in action, as these will surely be a popular basketball-dedicated shoe by ballplayers worldwide. via Yahoo Sports.
