We were right to expect more after seeing two GS Nikes with a grid underlay. This new Nike Dunk High is particularly digirific with the CMYK plus grey colourup. Sorta reminds you of an 80s video game or maybe Max Headroom or Tron or the Matrix. Wait, no, not the Matrix. One shoe can’t do everything, but this one could match pretty much any outfit today’s youngsters could toss on with it. Small feet exclusive, this vintage-futuristic look is available now from the movie (and sneaker) experts Extra Butter or cop yours now from 95soleman on eBay.

Crocadile leather has been very popular lately with the Nike Air Force 1 Bespoke, and this is certainly one of the best applications we’ve seen. Phillip Papi went the tonal brown route for this pair’s upper, but the contrast between the dark croc sections, creme coloured canvas and a peanutbutter suede Swoosh makes you think ‘chocolate Skittles’. The real trick here is adding purple on the tongue and midsole, plus a few bright blue hits, to push this toward resembling one of those colourful hipster condos. The only place you can get a 1of1 sneaker that looks like an artisan truffle is Nike Sportswear in NYC.

Have you noticed how strong the adidas Originals 2010 lineup has been thusfar? Not only are we getting updated, premium editions of Three Stripes’ iconic silhouettes, but new models are perfectly made for the growing lifestyle sneaker niche. This adidas Orignals Greeley Mid is conservative with its brown nubuck and suede uppers, but they demand another look. Lime green on the tongue, sockliner and outer heel is the stuff double-takes are made of, and a crepe-textured midsole hides more lime on the bottom. Britain’s Size? just got these in stock.

Emoticons are so commonplace these days that we can’t even type AJF 8 in parentheses without evoking goggle-eyes. The ubiquitous smiley faces have popped up on what is definitely not the first Nike Air Force 1 Bespoke that made us happy. They have a sort of Reeses look with the various orangish-brown suedes, plus the insanely luxurious croc skin liner. The smiley dubraes have our imaginations in a buzz, wondering what we’ll see on the next Bespoke AF1. The only way to find out is to book an appointment at Nike Sportswear in New York.

He’s no longer chasing that elusive first French Open title, but Roger Federer is still training hard for the upcoming tennis season. Looks like he gets down in style, too, judging by this Nike Trainer 1 PE that just leaked from SoleCollector‘s training blog. The red, white and grey colourway is dope, but it’s the Swiss flag details that’ll have people checking the ‘bay for these joints. There’s no word on a release as of now, so that’s probably the best you can do, aside from checking more photos after the jump.

Plenty of Nike Zoom Kobe V colourways so far, but we’ve yet to see the customary PE for his high school. Kobe Bryant himself changed that, showing up at his alma mater Lower Merion High School with gifts in tow. The Aces will get another Kobe PE, done in metallic silver, burgundy and white to match their unis. KB took the chance to shoot around in his own pair, and you can see a bunchy more photos after the jump. via Kenlu

The Air Jordan VIII (8) Retro released in some interesting colourways a few years back. Looking at the new pair above, the un-Thunder/Lightning AJIVs come to mind, but we’ve never seen anything quite like this on an AJVIII. This Air Jordan Force VIII (AJF 8 ) makes us wonder why, since its white/grey/black design with maize accents is quite appealing. Sort of a bizarro LIVESTRONG colourup, these should hit retailers stateside soon. Stick with Sneaker News for updates. via Shop34078581

Not that Kobe Bryant’s life is anything close to shabby, but the onslaught of Lakers-flavoured kicks is definite proof of how the rich get richer. Why else do you think Bred is the ‘default’ sneakerhead colourway? Because even though he never had a sneaker (yet), vince Lombardi was right that, “Winning is everything.” It might not be the eleventh Larry O’Brien trophy KB and co are after, but this new Nike Dunk High Premium is championship calibre.
