The new Nike Trainer SC 2010 hit in a baseball-themed pack that might have been a little too far out in front of even pitchers and catchers reporting day.  Whether Albert Pujols’ version will pay off with a run into October for his St. Louis Cardinals remains to be seen, but it’s clear that the SC 2010 is coming with heat this fall.  Case in point: this pair in black and solar red leaked by who else, but Brooklyn’s own DJ Clark Kent.

The new, darker solar red is more like infrared than pink, so you could definitely picture the OG Trainer SC in this palette, but it’s slightly different enough that this is a shade likely to find its own niche later this year.  They’re also similar to the Auburn Tigers colourway that DJCK showed us back in November.  Stick with Sneaker News for updates on these and all Nike Trainers.
