Whether you’re a fan of his music or not, sneakerheads should respect the Wale’s kick game to some degree. The Washington D.C. native was spotted performing at LAVO at the Palazzo in Las Vegas a few nights ago wearing a pair of the Nike Air Max 24/7′s that won’t be released until the second half of this year. Wale’s affinity for sneakers has been well documented having been the latest celebrity to be featured on Complex’s Greatest Footwear Moments. We’re looking forward to seeing more detailed images of the Nike Air Max 24/7 in the upcoming weeks.

Air Max One’s (87′s) on his homie. Personally I never really knew about Wale until last year(’09) when he started showing up on all of the sneaker blog’s celeb sneaker stalker posts. Well I looked/listened to alot of his tracks on Youtube. His music did’nt do it for me. I give this man Ashley Simpson/”Speidi” Famous for Nothing Status. Trying to ride on Sneaker Fame. Next thing you know this fool is going to be on the next Surreal Life still trying to come up. I got to hand it to this guy though: I know who he is.
