We’ve all fallen victim to the “where’d I put those?” situation. In those occurences when we’re looking for that one pair to rock for the day, that one pair gets lost in the sea of orange boxes – and you either ransack your stash or just leave your house with a pair of beaters. Some have resorted to taking individual pics of the shoes and taping them to the front, or just going the Sharpie Marker route. Here’s a solution to that problem; the new HUPBOX – A completely clear shoebox made for easy viewing. The boxes are very durable and are resistant to impact, but it’ll definitely make a mark on your wallet. At $40 a pop, it’d take a very dedicated sneakerhead to use these. These are available now at HUPBOX.com.

$40 a box!?!? i guess picking up a box of your kix and actually looking in it to see what pair it is, or even READING the tag on the box, is too much work these days *kanye shrug*…

$40 a box,sheeeeiiiiiiiit!!! (clay davis)
February 3rd, 2010 at 4:52 pm
drop the price down to 15 and you got a permanent customer
February 3rd, 2010 at 4:54 pm
this is ridiculous. container store sells plastic shoe containers for 3.50 a piece. they do the same thing, but are 36.50 less.
February 3rd, 2010 at 4:55 pm
This is pretty cool but $40!?!?!?!? TOO MUCH! -__-
February 3rd, 2010 at 4:59 pm
yeah $40, but then another $16 for shipping 1 box. man, they need to drop their prices before anyone is going to buy.
February 3rd, 2010 at 5:00 pm
Search the web you can fine almost the same idea but not at that price..hit the link below

i’d rather go to ikea and buy clear boxes for 2 bucks!
February 3rd, 2010 at 5:14 pm
Yeah that price ain’t poppin, but I might still get a few.
February 3rd, 2010 at 5:29 pm
wow…there is no way i would pay $60 for 1 when i can get 20 for the same price from the link above^^^. I agree, drop it to $15 and im sold!!!
February 3rd, 2010 at 5:52 pm

February 3rd, 2010 at 5:54 pm
Mite be worth it if they were…..”airtight?” sooo sold… but thats a dream.
February 3rd, 2010 at 6:02 pm
$40 is way too steep, $120 for 3 boxes…might as well buy a new pair of kicks!
February 3rd, 2010 at 6:34 pm
Too expensive, container store has cheaper ones that do the same job.
February 3rd, 2010 at 7:03 pm
Very nice but won’t sell many at that price. Find a way to the lower the price about 70% and they’ll be a household name for sneakerheads.
February 3rd, 2010 at 7:54 pm
dont think clear boxes would block out the UV light… ie. causing that piss yellow effect.
February 3rd, 2010 at 11:30 pm
Hahaha…. These “HUPBOX-The Clear Shoboxes” are probably selling in China for $3 each…. Nice way to steal money from people ei?
February 4th, 2010 at 1:03 pm
This make mes feel much better about the 40 plus boxes I have from the container store. I thought that was expensive. Crap these even have a hole so my kicks would get dusty. Nice concept but 57 shipped is a rip!!
February 4th, 2010 at 8:41 pm
They need to drop the price!!! there’s no way I would pay $57 for clear shoebox!!
February 5th, 2010 at 2:42 am
