He’s finally Home. Dwyane Wade has been appointed as the new Jordan Brand figurehead to carry on the torch, and the selection could not have been any better. After months of previewing and a spotlight-stealing debut during the 2010 NBA All-Star Weekend, the Air Jordan 2010 has finally hit home as Dwyane Wade made the long anticipated debut during yesterday night’s game against the Golden State Warriors. Wade wore a pair similar to the W3LCOME HOME Air Jordan 2010 (those have a black midsole!) which features his name printed along the lace-line for the personalized touch. While the 25th Air Jordan shoe has drawn some criticism, these new images of Dwyane Wade wearing the Air Jordan 2010 will surely change minds. See the AJ2010 in action by checking out the in-game photos after the jump. via Yahoo!.

I HONESTLY AM NOT IMPRESSED WITH THE 2010′S. I THINK JB NEEDS TO CUT THE PRODUCTION TEAM JORDANS AND JUST KEEP RE-RELEASING THE ORIGINALS EVERY OTHER YEAR OR SOMETHING
GUCCI’S: 10.5, DS, $190 SHIPPED
COSBY’S: 9.5, DS, 170 SHIPPED

NSBcollector, if you pay jordan 50 million a year plus the money he lost from juanita, then you’ll have every right to say whatever goes on at jordan brand. Besides, there’s people outside of the sneakerhead who wears team jays or fusions just for the sake of having some sort of jumpman on. Plus why would they drop something that they making money off of? And why do that and drop originals every other year or something is not a good idea either…its called supply and demand

First off. The 2010s are strictly a basketball shoe.. only hypebeasts would see this as a bad shoe.. according to dedicated basketball players, performance comes first and looks second. plus i know a lot of people that thought the 11s were ugly when they were released in 1996 and now are drooling all over them. These are great quality. Lacing system is great, ankle support is phenomenal, breatheability is right on target, and is not even heavy (i wear size 13 and shoe still seems light). I would say this is a cross breed between the lebron vii and kobe v. i mean yeah this may not seem worth the 170 price tag to you but look around online.. i found mine for 130 tax included..

It seems like everybody hates this shoe…. but i don’t know why. Maybe because they just say it because thats what they read other people are saying. Personally though, i think this shoe looks sick when your wearing it. It could be the best basketball shoe on the market now… and still has good looks. I would love to see this shoe become legendary in the jordan line, and in 20 years people will be drooling over it even when they said it was ugly when it came out.

additions to responses 7, 8, and 9. this is true. when the early AJ 1-whenever came out there were always those to HATED them only to regret/buy them later on as retros. don’t worry. people will hate them and then love them when they are no longer available. history always repeats itself.
