After the widespread success of the original Royal Nike Air Foamposite One, a number of other colourways were released, each met with wide embrace. Nike took a similar course of action with the Nike 1/2 Cent, making available a number of great color varieties in addition to the Royal Blue that was made so popular by the Foam One. Two new colourways expected to be released this year; the Eggplant colourway shouldn’t be much of a surprise, but the Cranberry colourway is a definite first for the entire Penny line. The velvety tone of red combined with a black upper and clear outsole have us asking a) where the color came from and b) will a Foamposite One Cranberry be released? Of course, Sneaker News will keep you up to date regarding all relevant info, so stay tuned. via TSG.

Man dem Eggplants is copped fashoski. Idk bout da cranberry tho, they aight but i gota see em in person first but I might get em. Blue, Silver, Purple, and maybe Red 1/2 cent is all mine baby. Penny’s is my favorite line so i gota grab em. An I bet they gon drop a cranberry foamposite, they jus giving us a lil hint of how they gon look dats all.

I jus hope they be released like da blue 1/2 cent, cuz i dont want everybody I see wit da same kicks as me. I know they aint gon make jus 1 but damn dont let the ppl who never cop sneakers like dis get a stab at em, they might get the last pair in my size and be bummy when they rock em.

These are both slick, but why can’t they switch it up on the 1/2 cents and make lik eggplants with a white or grey upper, gotta switch it up from the black nubuck i think

I dont think this will make 1/2 cents a mediocre shoe if anything it will set it apart from alot of other foolishness, there isnt a colorway on the 1/2 that looks bad.
i knew passing on a 2nd pair of eggplant foams would pay off, and im LOVING the new cranberry color ive been waiting for some reddish hue foams for the longest

Man I love the crans I just got them a couple days ago online from footlocker sz 7 man Its so hard to find my size lol but yeah nike beating my pockets up this year I paid $203 for them but well worth it !
