The Nike RT1 High was supposed to be Nike’s answer to the inundation of high-top varieties put out by smaller brands. Why it hasn’t caught fire is a tad puzzling, given the great uniform colored uppers and particular details like the high-rising ankle and tongue. This latest colourway of the Nike RT1 High acts like a poor man’s Zen Grey Nike Air Yeezy; the perforated toebox, textured upper, and tri-colored bottom sole is a package potent enough to stir the pot.
