The North Carolina Tar Heels have been recipients of Air Jordan PEs for as long as we can remember, most recently the Silver Anniversary Air Jordan 2010. Another model for the Tar Heels to call their own is the Air Jordan Icons UNC PE which now features a North Carolina logo stitched onto the rear heel. The month of March elevates NCAA play to another level, and so the Tar Heels will wear the Air Jordan Icons UNC PE for the remainder of the month.
