Yesterday night’s Kobe v. Wade is an example of one of the premiere shooting-guard match-ups over the last decade. Many celebrities and sports greats recognized the magnanimity of the bout, as Scottie Pippen, Albert Pujols, Jason Taylor, and Timbaland were courtside to witness the battle. To gear up for the contest, Kobe Bryant wore a new colourway of the Nike Zoom Kobe V, perhaps take some shine off Wade’s recently unveiled Air Jordan 2010. The black, del sol, and white colourway is ‘Lakers Away’ to a tee, but unfortunately the Lakers fell just short of a W. But Win or Loss, you know there was a bangin’ afterparty. That was a pretty good game last night the Heat and the Lakers went into overtime and Quentin Richardson was rocking the Air Jordan 9 25th Anniversary while my boy D-Wade was rocking his Air Jordan 20 White/Red PE.
