The rumored released of the Air Jordan VI Infrared Pack had Jordan-heads in a total frenzy. In fact, when Sneaker News posted news of a possible confirmed release, over a hundred of our loyal readers chimed in. While there haven’t been any actual pictures of in-depth details, how about something that IS confirmed? Check out these pics of the Air Jordan VI Varsity Red and White colorway, set to drop in June. Some may bicker about the hue of the red color, but these are still an astoundingly gorgeous pair of Air Jordans that will clear off the store shelves rather quickly. If you can’t get your hands on the Infrared Pack, the White-Varsity Red joint would be a worthy replacement. via MarqueeSole.

y do i have the feeling that the infrared pack is some bullshit? i wouldnt get the white and red 6s if the pack is really coming out. im already pissed i bought the black and red 6s. but if its true im coppin and saving them for later.

i still can’t figure out why jb should release an infared pack with nearly identical shoes in june when they already released the black/varsities in january and drop white/varsities the same month! it just don’t make sense to me… and btw makes the varsity joints completely worthless as they appear to be cheap knockoffs compared to the infareds!

I don’t give a shit if the infrared pack is coming out or not…I like the varsity red VIs in black and white and the infrareds would just be icing on the 25th anniversary cake that is 2010…I’M COPPIN THEM ALL x 2!!!!!
Besides, if the infrareds come out I wouldn’t feel as bad about wearing the shit out of my varsity reds knowing I got some OG colored fire in my closet backing it up (like I feel now wearing my black varsity reds with my 2001 infrareds ziplocked on ice).

I would rather buy these varsity red VI, then spend my money on the HOT PINK Pack that maybe releasing in June. These will be bought, I hope u losers are happy with ur hot pink(aka infrared) these look waaayyy better. Y’all will regret not getting these!!

Im on these. Can someone explain Why not have the varsity and infrared packs? They are both dope. Just cause the rumor of a infrared pack is coming out heads don’t want to buy a totally different colorway of the same shoe. Lol. Makes no sense and it shows that its about hype not love if you say you bought the bred 6 that dropped but you dont want the white cause another rumored pack is droppin? FYI the Infrared matches hardly anything. I already have the 2000′s so the pack is mainly for the white pair.. I like how the red on the midsole is similer to the infrared samples from back in the day in its placement. Thats dope but I guess since its not infrared its not dope. *kanye shrug*

I have that same feeling too. So I’m just gona get these and keep them on ice. If the infrared pack does come out then I can always return these. If not then I will still have these varsity red to fall back on.

I hear the Infrared 6 Pack is a International release.
These aren’t bad at all. It’s hype, I don’t feel bad copping Varsity Red 6s. I’ll cop these in June, JB better not make them in WHITE SUEDE. If indeed a Infrared 6 pack comes out, copping all 6s for love and not hype or cuz of worth value. I cop Js for love! What is love? Remember that commercial??? Lol

@YUNg LYe. don’t pass up those true blue IIIs!!! those are better than these VIs in my opinion. but thats just my opinion. i mean they’re both hot shoes but to me: true blue IIIs>white/varsity red VIs.
as for these, i’m thinking i’ll just get all four of the VIs. i already copped the black/varsity reds back in january so why not complete the varsity red pack and get the infrared pack too.

at aMonsta?, post 32. i’m with you man. a true head does rock their kicks. maybe have a 2nd or even 3rd pair on ice if you can afford it but i don’t see the point in stashing them away never to be seen and then one day we get old and die and that was that!
for this reason though i am sure people are always eyeing up my kicks thinking they must be fake and i don’t even have any real heat imo.
anyways, this group of shots makes these shoes look nice. if they release too close to the pack i may have to go with the pack for financial reasons. if there is 3-4 weeks in between releases though i will get these and the pack. if that pack actually releases that is.
