What was supposed to be a celebratory gesture of sorts has become a debate-sparking controversy among those who have followed the brand unconditionally. The Jordan Brand BIN23 Collection features classic Air Jordan silhouettes constructed with high quality materials and placed in premium packaging, which apparently infers that Jordan Brand doesn’t believe $150+ just isn’t what it used to be. Nonetheless, Jordan loyalists will keep in tune with the Collection.
Last Friday, Sneaker News gave you a sneak peek at an Air Jordan IX in a white/gold colorway; the visible wax stamp on the upper led us to believe that it was indeed part of the BIN23 Collection, and these newer images confirms that notion. The material used for the gold upper was undeterminable before, but based on this second look, it appears to be a distressed material similar to that which was used on the Air Jordan 1 25th Anniversary. don’t get me wrong the shoes r nice but I’m not gon pay an arm & a leg for a pair of shoes that is made out of the same high quality material that they used back in the day on shoes & only charged like around $125 for. I still buy J’s but as of lately this company just makes up reason 2 sale j’s at a higher price.

Retro R those arent black on black 2′s. Those are the chocolate croc skin 2′s that are coming out, the lighting is just making them look darker then they really are.

These 9′s are to similar to the silver anniversary 9′s. They should have added more rich and premium material. The KO’s are the shit, and limited. The 2′s are mean!

nice i would cop but no Jordan is worth 225.00 starting out maybe if you miss them and have to buy em off someone else but some of these prices are crazy especially with the rate there putting them out dropping several shoes on the same day and then more on the next saturday. c’mon.. anyway nice but that better be real gold for that price!!
