While Los Angeles is the Californian city known for celebrity sightings, it’s Frisco-based Huf that will be star-studded come Fall 2010. Huf will make available the Star Pack (showcased in our Huf Footwear Preview) which features three of their footwear models – the Hupper, Choice, and Geniune – in simple colorways made unique by a patriotic treatment of stars and the American flag. Each pair features a line of stars circulating around the upper portion of the midsole, with the stars-and-stripes visible on the bottom sole. The Huf Star Pack will be available in Fall 2010, so stay tuned. via glltn.

Only in the NBA’s stacked Western Conference could a team be at .535 in late March and have no shot of making the playoffs. Despite the ultra competitive West, Z-Bo and Rudy Gay have done unexpectedly well in breathing some life back into Memphis’ basketball scene. If it’s the shoes, then it’s these Nike Huarache 2010 PEs that Rudy wears at the FedEx Forum. The Huarache 2010′s design means that all they had to do was swap out the black overlay from Gay’s Away PE and use white to make a perfect look for home. via Nike Basketball

The Nike Air Force 1 Bespoke allows clients to choose their own colors and materials to create a pair of Forces with a personal memento as an inspiration. This latest Bespoke, done by Fran Marchello, flaunts the Bespoke’s ability to create the most eclectic of designs. Marchello’s pair features patent leather, suede, and premium leather – a combination that isn’t in abundance – in a colorway taken after the lovable Pokemon Pikachu. Check out the images after the jump and let us know where this Bespoke ranks against the previous productions.

LeBron’s contract extension with Nike was yesterday’s biggest sneaker story, but fans of Kobe’s kicks had no need to worry about the Black Mamba jumping ship, as he already signed a contract extension with the Beaverton boys three years ago. Bron and Kobe are easily 1 and 2 in the sneaker game and in the NBA, which has boded well for Nike over the last few years. It gives Nike the opportunity to create extra colorways for their playoff pursuits, like the Nike Zoom Kobe V POP, which features a quintessential Lakers colorway with a graphic of pyramidal tessellations on the upper. Check out these new detailed pics after the jump; the Zoom Kobe V POP is now available at Dunk.

Here come two new colorways of the almost one-piece Nike Air Royal Mid VT, and as long as there are more flavors of Laffy Taffy to emulate, we’ll continue to welcome them. Some of the other pairs of VTs and the Macaroon Pack of Air Royalty Mids looked like pastries or perhaps a cake, but these new joints go with a candylicious take on the Toronto Raptors palette. You can get either purple or red, plus the black, white and sea green pairs that just dropped at Nike Sportswear in New York.

Spring fashion is all about the two-in-one; the rain jacket that can be converted into a vest, the drawstring pant that can be cuffed into a pair of capri shorts, or even the high-top sneaker that can be rolled down into casual walking shoes. Check out this new colorway of the Reebok Top Down in yellow and light blue; the light tones complement Spring-time pastels and the graphic seen on the ankle when left upright adds a fancy touch to these women’s kicks. You can expect these at select Reebok retailers soon. via Tenisufki.

Vespa has the kind of brand recognition in the scooter world that Band-Aid has with adhesive bandages. Put simply, Vespa is the clear cut industry leader. Not so clear cut for adidas, but we can say with full confidence that the adidas Originals Vespa Footwear Collection contains the two hottest scooter shoes ever! It might sound kinda funny, but take a look at the new Vespa PX and S models that join the original Vespa Casual shoe for Spring/Summer 2010. Each of them manages to capture the brand’s feel without resorting to overly obvious references. Check out more images after the jump and then cop them from Shopadidas.com
