Stumbling upon an unreleased sample can stir up a number of questions; when was this produced? Why was it scrapped? While not exactly an archaelogical find, these samples still manage to shed some light on Nike’s mindset. Check out the unreleased Nike Air Max Maximas Boot which features a RT1-like silhouette, a perforated swoosh, and a small swoosh tab on the upper ankle as seen on the Nike Dynasty High. All signs point to late 2000′s, but the oval-shaped window screams late 90′s. Check out images of the Air Max Maximas and pick up the size 9 sample from solerevival777 on eBay.
