It’s unfortunate that New Balance doesn’t have the widespread love in the states like Nike and adidas does; their collabs and colorways are ridiculously on point but most are reserved for Europe and Japan. Adding to the torture that American NB lovers must endure are two flawless colorways of the New Balance CM1500 inspired by Japanese Animation. Each pair is constructed with nubuck and leather colored perfectly; the grey/pink/black pair is very ‘Kid Robot’ while the blue pair is a beige trim short of ‘Stash’. But Japan and Europe very much deserve the attention from New Balance; hopefully that trend will make its way to the states. The New Balance CM1500 Japanimation Pack is available for pre-order at mitasneakers.
