New York Yankees pitcher CC Sabathia has some crazy Jordan Brand PEs that you’ll never be able to get/wear, but here’s one that’s actually available right now. The Air Jordan Alpha 1 Outdoor CC Sabathia PE is a tribute to the Ace of the Yankees’ 27th World Series crown. That’s why it looks like there are five and a half UNDFTD logos on the toebox, while custom removable shroud/straps commemorate the years both Yankees Stadiums were opened. I wish Jordan Brand would make an Alpha version of the IIIs, IVs, Vs and VIs, which keep the overall classic silhouettes but have modernised performance features and fix the usual problems of those shoes, for example the soles that crack and dry rot and nubuck that peels after a few years.
