Already previewing Sophnet’s F.C.R.B. newest collab with NSW, here’s another close look at the pack. Both Lunar Rejuven8 Mid’s sport a camo upper, one of traditional jungle greens and the other a refined navy scheme. The torch underlay only adds to the flair to the overall military feel of the shoe. Found on the tongue, F.C.R.B. branding replaces the typical Nike logo. Set to release May 8th, these will be available at the Write The Future pop-up store, as well as other Sophnet outlets. via HS

Among the first Nike Trainer SC 2010s to hit retail was a nice package of two pairs with one familiar colorway and one brand new. The ‘Auburn’ SC 2010s were obviously done for Bo Jackson, while a rustic red, white and blue look was done with Albert Pujols in mind. Here’s another pair that should be right up Pujols’ alley, the new Nike Trainer SC 2010 ‘Baseball Glove’, first previewed back in September. They look as you’d expect from that nickname, a mix of brown leather and black accents atop a white midsole with some gold contrast stitching thrown in to further emphasize the baseball glove theme. Click the jump below for a closer look, including detailed photos and a video. No specifics yet on a release date, but these should be hitting retailers some time next month.

We’ve already seen a pair of lowtop Uptowns that features patent leather atop a tonal black base, so what is it that makes this pair of Nike Air Force 1 Low ’07 a must buy? First off, this is one of the cleanest ways to get your daily requirement of ‘bred’, as you’ve got just a few select touches of the Varsity variety on an otherwise black design. Additionally, these eschew the icey translucent sole that appeared on the other patent-toed AF1s from this season, solidifying that classic look. Expect these at Nike Sportswear retailers including Foot Locker starting on August 7th, 2010.

The second weekend of the NBA Playoffs has wrapped up and almost every First Round series has been exciting at the very least. The Oklahoma City Thunder brushed off the obstacle that comes with a lack of playoff experience, as they tied their series against the defending Champs. Down in Miami, Dwyane Wade put up a legendary show in a valiant effort to keep the Florida Heat burning, while LeBron and the Cavs shed the Game 3 sluggishness and came out with a dominating win in Game 4.
We also saw a bunch of great NBA Feet heat; Q-Rich rocked a pair of the soon-releasing Air Jordan II Retro while Ray Allen wore another Air Jordan Icons PE. ATL pals Bibby and Joe Johnson wore some notable kicks – Bibby with the Bred Jordan XIII and JJ with some Six Rings – while Melo flashed a new colorway of the Future Sole Melo M6. They’re looking out on the possibility of the greatest upset in NBA Playoff history, so you can bet Kobe Bryant is doing a different kind of ‘what if’ thinking right now. But we the fans don’t have to worry about competing, and for sneakerheads that means speculating about the Mamba as a Charlotte Hornet. If you’re into the Nike Zoom Kobe V ‘Hornets’, you’d probably revel in the idea that Michael Jordan now runs basketball in Charlotte and what if they ever worked together?! When you see the new Nike SB Future Primitive ‘FP’, it’s only natural to see ‘Zoom Tre A.D. II‘. The Swoosh skate division catalog for Holiday 2010 showed a black, white and red version of a shoe that bares an undeniable resemblance to the Tre series, but it should be considerably better. That’s all thanks to a seamless Rejuven8-style seamless booty that holds you in a polyurethane-reinforced one-piece rubber upper. Sounds like a lot, but all that comes together to form the lightest SB shoe ever. The Air Jordan 1 Do The Right Thing Pack released last summer in two great simple colorways. Simple is the key word, as the final production release did not come with the special lining that was seen on earlier samples of the shoe. The print on the inner lining and tongue border mimics the early hip-hop vibe and album artwork of A Tribe Called Quest but it was left out, leaving the AJ1 DTRT just a dim shadow of its inspiration. Will LeBron follow in Michael Jordan’s shoes…and play baseball? That’s a piece of news Cleveland (and any other hopeful franchise come Summer 2010) will absolutely dread. Bron would make a pretty good outfielder given his speed and leaping ability, but Jordan can attest to basketball acumen not translating over to the diamond. But despite Jordan’s shortcomings in baseball, his Air Jordan cleats have remained widely popular and continue to release. Check out these images of a pair of baseball cleats inspired by the Nike Zoom LeBron Soldier. The upper is a near carbon-copy of the basketball version but the obvious difference is the implementation of spikes. There isn’t much negative to say about a sneaker if the colorway is done properly. Check out these two new Summer 2010 colorways that just released; one is the high-top “Yeezy-lite” Nike RT1 High in a great summer blue upper and the other is the vulcanized classic, the Nike Auto Flight in what appears to be a dark blue with the same summer blue trim. The uppers are constructed of heavy-duty nylon, which might be a better fit for the hotter months. The Nike Blazer started off as a basketball shoe but Nike infusion of ACG makes this shoe hefty enough to blaze any sick trail on the mountain. The last colorways of the Nike Blazer ACG Mid were a lot more rustic – one featuring different tones of brown and the other being inspired by the classic colorway of the Air Magma. These latest Summer 2010 colorways feature a bit more pop, using bright red and moss green on on pair and a cool blue and purple on the other.
