Though it didn’t make it as far as another infamous SB Dunk during our March Madness tourney, Diamond Supply Co.’s design for Nike SB is undoubtedly one of the all-time favorites.  Better known as the Tiffany’s, the colorway and material application is irresistible, leaving many still yearning.  It looks like the dudes at DSC might have us salivating for more as Nick Tershay of Diamond foreshadows big things to come via his Twitter.  We’re anxious to see how these upcoming collabs will stand up to the classic which they have established.  Stay tuned for further info.

Despite Utah losing forward/center Mehmet Okur for the rest of the year, Carmelo Anthony’s 32 points weren’t enough to lead the Denver Nuggets to victory against the Jazz last night.  It’s a shame too, considering Melo brought out one of his best PEs all year with an elephant-printed Air Jordan Melo M6 Future Sole.  This edition was slightly different than his Game 1 kicks, opting for an all white base and select Uni blue and gold hits.  Nuggets-Jazz is suddenly far more of a series than Memo’s injury and Game 1 as a whole had us thinking, so there’s sure to be more Carmelo Anthony Air Jordan Player Exclusives on the way and you know Sneaker News will be the first to show you.  via Yahoo!

“It’s [still] alive!”  The Air Jordan Force Fusion series had its fair share of detractors, but when you looked out on the streets, it was clear dudes were actually buying these joints.  Overall Fusion production has slowed over the past few seasons, but the project is clearly not dead, as evidenced by this new Air Jordan Force V in the unmistakable ‘Grape’ colorup.  All the stuff you’d expect is here: white leather upper, aqua and purple accents and a translucent outsole.  If the ‘Grape’ Spizikes weren’t your bag or you’ve just gotta have more, these AJF5s will hit Jordan Brand retailers like Foot Locker on July 17th.

Here’s a metaphorical look at what the NBA wanted to do to the Air Jordan 1 in 1984.  This new Air Jordan Alpha 1 is completely blacked out with a metallic silver ‘Wings’ logo and icey translucent outsole.  Extending the metaphor, the fines from Commissioner Stern’s office only served to shine a brighter spotlight on the now infamous shoe, kinda like how the reflective 3M ‘overlay’ sections on these joints will stand out in the street.  Convoluted analogies aside, this is an immortal design done in a no-nonsense colorway plus modern tech elements for a shoe as true to the game as you could possibly be.  These are available now at FinishLine or you can grab yours today on eBay.

Yo, pass that sh…oe. The inspiration behind the Nike SB Dunk High Skunks is no mystery and Maven VT clearly isn’t shying away from the cannibis connection. Check out their interesting window display, specially constructed for the release of the Nike SB Dunk High Skunks. You can see the skunky Dunks sprouting from plants, but the actual shoes will be rolled up paper and thrown in a box. Those who stopped by the pick up a pair most likely swung by their local 7/11 for some snacks (going to shoe releases works up an appetite). Sneaker News has shown you a ton of Bespoke Air Force 1s, but with the possible combinations almost limitless, each and every new design is unique to an unmeasurable degree. This newest Nike Air Force 1 Bespoke, designed by David Margolis, features a beach-towel fabric on the swoosh, tongue, and inner liner with black denim covering the toe and center panel. The toe guard features a red-and-black dotted textile with patent leather being used for the rear. Another Bespoke, another great production. Jay-Z headlined and shut down this year’s Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival. The “best rapper alive” took a brief break from his Blueprint 3 tour to perform at one of the world’s largest music and arts festivals in Indio, California. We got a glimpse into the kicks that Jay-Z was rocking during the festival both before performing and during his performance. Prior to going on stage and bringing out his wife, Beyonce, to perform his newest single “Forever Young”, HOVA was spotted backstage with one of his favorite Nike styles, the RT1, in Dark Cinder. However when Jay did perform he decided to switch it up into the shoes that he’s been seen performing in while on his current tour, a pair of Black Radii high top sneakers. The two most recent releases of the fragment design x Nike All Court Low featured two classic colorways – red and navy blue – but these three upcoming pairs leaves an all-white upper do the talking. These three upcoming colorways feature a perforated swoosh, which is a common design choice that fragment design uses, but each pair sports a different leather upper. You can see tumbled, crocskin, and a classic flat white leather upper on the three varieties. Each pair comes with a different color on the heel tab that gives each pair an additional amount of singularity. These are set for Fall/Winter 2010, so you should expect these later in the year. via shoesmaster.

Paul Rodriguez is well on his way to becoming the Michael Jordan of skateboarding, at least when it comes to annual footwear releases.  His P-Rod II was successful enough to spawn a vulc-soled redux, but colorways like this will keep the spotlight on the Nike SB Zoom P-Rod III for a good while longer.  This is easily one of the hottest P-Rods ever and probably one of the best looks from Nike SB in 2010, with a simple white/grey/black base completely electrified by select neon green hits.  No word yet on whether these beauties will hit retailers, but you can cop a US mens size 9 sample today from dashsports33 on eBay.
