Nike Air Max Hyperfly Brandon Roy + Shawn Matrix PEs

Here are two more Nike Air Max Hyperfly PEs just in time for the NBA Playoffs.  Brandon Roy will make his postseason debut with the Portland Trailblazers wearing a ‘BR7′-emblazoned bred pair of Hyperflys, but only if the Blazers can stick around long enough for B-Roy to recover from minor knee surgery.  With Portland in the number 6 slot, 2-seed Dallas is a possible second round matchup, and their swingman Shawn Marion will get a home PE with his nickname, ‘Matrix’ on the heel.  Check for both of these at your local Foot Locker now.

Nike Shox NZ 2.0 Air Attack Pack

The Nike Shox NZ started a revolution when it dropped in early 2003.  Along with the initial Nike Basketball Shox releases, the NZs were the first shoes to show the world what it’d be like to run on springs.  Seven years later, the Nike Shox NZ 2.0 debuts here as part of the massive Air Attack Pack.  You might ask yourself, “Why would a Shox runner be in the Air Attack Pack?” but a simple glance at the newly-Air’d Shox pillars reveals a convergence in tech.  Expect all five of these sharply designed colorways at select Swoosh retailers next month.

Size? 10th Anniversary x Reebok Workout Plus SMU

Before their Shaq-sized Pump20s, Britain’s Size? was known as a great place to cop kicks in the UK.  After that November 2009 collab with Reebok, it’s like they flipped on a switch and are now to ‘Ten what Solebox was to ’09.  Work with New Balance, adidas and two packs with Nike all celebrate the 10th anniversary of this staple for Euro-exclusive lovers, and now we come full circle with a Size? x Reebok Workout Plus SMU Pack.  The Workout Plus has been around longer than Size? itself, but we’ve never seen it with this kind of hiking boot laces and loops.  These ‘rugged’ pairs will drop on Saturday, May 1st, presumably in very limited numbers.

Nike Terminator High Basic Summer 2010

A dope duo from the Rivals Pack not withstanding, it’s been a very quiet year for the Nike Terminator High Basic.  Here are two new colorways with that spot-on early 80′s colorblocking pattern that seems to never go out of style.  These new Terminators are basically swapping their blue and yellow overlay sections, but the difference in shades makes for two entirely different looks.  These should hit your local Nike Sportswear retailer any minute, as they just dropped at Japan’s mita sneakers.

Nike SB Stefan Janoski Premium Black Leather Holiday 2010 | First Look

The majority (if not all) of Janoskis were released in cloth or suede based uppers, but this Holiday 2010 release features a black-leather construction that gives the Janoski less of a skater look and more of a casual dress-shoe appeal. The Nike SB Stefan Janoski already appears out of place with its boat-shoe design, but this newfound material allows this skater shoe to be categorized in two different areas. That’s versatility for ya. You can expect these this Holiday 2010, so check back with Sneakers News for more Nike SB Holiday 2010 information. Images via Shoeniverse.

Nike Music Shoe Free Run+

The Nike+ iPod integration was an innovative idea that changed the most rudimentary, untouched form of training exercise. Music is a must when going for that 3-mile jog, but Nike shows us in this advertisement for their latest Nike Free Run+ that music integration can be taken a step further. While the Nike Free won’t actually make any sounds from a mixer, the pairs used were laced with sensors to emit sounds, with Japanese breakbeat duo HIFANA showing off both the neat programming and the flexibility of the Nike Free Run+. Continue reading for a look at the video advertisement.

Ronnie Fieg x Asics GT Quick NY Knicks Sample

“At the age of 27 . . . with 13 years of hard-work and dedication behind him,” Ronnie Fieg probably has some tricks still hidden up his sleeves.  As with the Gel Lyte III sample we showed you last summer, this Ronnie Fieg x Asics GT Quick in New York Knicks/Mets colors will never see the light of day on a retail shelf.  You’ll probably never be able to get a pair, nor will you own a copy of the upcoming Ronnie Feig collaboration book.  That’s cos the upcoming leather-bound book will only see 30 copies printed for friends and family.  It’s stuffed with hot samples like these along with the rest of Ronnie’s work, and you can see more angles of the GT Quicks after the jump.

Nike LeBron VII P.S. Design Interview With Jason PetrieThe NBA Season is a grueling 82 games but Jason Petrie, the designer behind the most successful Nike LeBron shoe to date, had a special task at hand considering LeBron James could play up to 110 games. The Nike LeBron VII P.S. was designed specfically for LeBron’s ‘second’ season, which could in fact stretch out to 28 games, so it was an interesting challenge to create a new shoe within a shoe – an “alternate” without straying too far from the overall design of the Nike Air Max LeBron VII.

LeBron is the second coming but even he will say that without a championship, he’ll fall short of the glory of Michael Jordan, Bill Russell, and any other dynasty-creating legend of NBA history – so Jason Petrie and crew designed the LeBron P.S. to best suit King James’ battle schemes for the 2010 postseason. For anyone who is a LeBron fan, is interested in Nike technology, has true aspirations in the shoe-design game, or calls himself a true sneakerhead, this video is a must-watch. Continue reading for the full video and pics and feel free to chime in with your thoughts.

Mr. Cartoon x Nike Footscape Freemotion Quickstrike

The Nike Sportswear Six Collection featured some breakaway releases that dropped months ahead of the 2010 World Cup.  We’ve still got a ways to go before the opening kick, so luckily, there’s still about half of this hot NSW gear and sneakers to satisfy.  Pictured above is the Mr. Cartoon x Nike Footscape Freemotion for the good ol’ US-and-A.  Its white-on-black design isn’t exactly consistent with the Nike USA Olympic palette of red, white, (navy) blue and gold, but this high contrast design is perfectly suited for today’s streetwear game.  This Mister Cartoon Quickstrike should hit NSW retailers shortly, so stick with Sneaker News for updates.  via Tenisfuki

Nike Air Max LeBron VII (7) CavFanatic PE

By now we’ve detailed almost ever colorway of the Nike Air Max LeBron VII, from the most general of releases to the leave-you-disappointed unreleased samples. The LeBron VII that got the least amount of coverage was the CavFanatic Air Max LeBron VII that King James wore in early January. Featuring a deep crimson and yellow to match the CavFanatic Night alternate jersey, the CavFanatic LeBron VII was a certified boon as the Cavs defeated their opponents on that special night with ease. Check out these images after the jump and let us know if you’re a fanatic of this colorway. via Nike Basketball.
