Nike Air Max 1 Navy Blue Red Beige Omega Pack | Sample

The Nike Omega Pack is set for a Summer 2010 release, and as of now it appears to include both the Nike Air Max 1 and Nike Air Max 90 Current Moire. Check out this third sample of the Omega Pack, a Nike Air Max 1 Sample featuring a navy blue/red/beige colorway. Red and navy blue is a simple colorway that has been used in fashion many times, and this Air Max 1 is no different. Going back to the Omega Pack, you can see the graphic on the insole as well as a special logo on the tongue and on the rear heel. Hopefully this great colorway will see a release in the Summer, because this particular pair was already sold by langox510x on eBay.

adidas Elemental Formotion 3 Redesigned Gilbert Arenas Signature Model

Not even a loaded gun could stop this hot design.  adidas axed Gilbert Arenas after the mercurial Washington Wizards point guard “pick[ed] one” of the dumbest pranks in the history of, well, ever.  Three Stripes had already designed the next Gil Zero signature, and rather than scrap it altogether, here’s the new adidas Elemental Formotion 3.  It’s one of the smoothest looks from adidas Basketball since the still-ahead-of-its-time Kobe II, but the futurism is decidedly toned down, and even more so thanks to this slick black/gold colorup.  These shoes were just made for summer ball outdoors with the Gil Zero logos replaced with adidas branding. If you like what you see, you can already find several colorways available at select adidas retailers. via CK/kenlu.

Y 3 Honja High + Low Studs Pack

Yohji Yamamoto is one of the few designers for whom a studded sneaker could be a ‘toned down’ look.  Yamamoto’s Y-3 division of adidas just released the Field Low ‘soccer’ shoe whose silhouette is even crazier than this new Y-3 Honja Studs Pack.  The Honja is super sleek in both its high and lowtop forms but studding on the lows’ Three Stripes and the entire rear of the highs demands attention.  These’ll be out later this year, so stick with Sneaker News for updates.  via HS

adidas Originals Campus 80s White Snakeskin New Images

How can you help your white spring/summer sneakers stand out in an otherwise ‘blank’ world?  How about some snakeskin?  adidas Originals has you covered with these new Campus 80s that add just a lil bite to their brown Three Stripes.  The brown and black scales that cover those stripes and the heel tab are nicely contrasted by a pale blue tongue tag, making these one of the most versatile looks for the season.  StreetThing reports Singapore’s Limited Edt just got theirs, so check your local adidas Originals retailers soon here in the states.

Celebrity Feet: Teyana Taylor & Friends Jordan Brand Classic Celebrity Bowling Event

Teyana Taylor, DMC, John Salley, Consequence, Angie Martinez, Olivia, and more attended the Jordan Brand Classic Celebrity Bowling event at Lucky Strike Lanes in New York City on Thursday night. While we couldn’t get a great look at what some of the celebrities were wearing we did notice that the gift bag from the event included a nice metallic Black Jordan suitcase which may have contained some limited edition Jordan’s, we’ll be sure to keep you updated with more information. However, Pharrell Williams’ protege, Teyana Taylor, was spotted rocking a pair of the recently released Air Jordan VI’s in the White and Black “Oreo” colorway. On another note, there was a random Miles Simon sighting, check out more pictures of the event after the jump.

Sneaker News Weekly Rewind: 4/10 4/16

The past seven days were all about thievery. Scene thievery, that is. Every day the sneaker world was hit with something that stole the show, like the four Sneaker News exclusive looks at upcoming Nike SBs. This week started off on an incredibly high note with another preview of the LeBron VIII, and the weekend was ended on a high note with a great side-by-side comparison of both black/red versions of the Air Jordan VI. A few celebrity sneakerheads did their thing to grab attention, as Jay-Z, A-Rod, M-Sanch (I doubt that nickname will survive) wore some notable Nikes and Jordans in the NYC scene. Ending the note with an old-school throwback was the release of the Nike Trainer 1 in the vintage box colorway. There was tons more in between, so stop in to satisfy your Sneaker News fix.

Air Jordan VI (6) Retro Pistons | Release Reminder

The Detroit Pistons won’t be dropping buckets tomorrow (NBA Playoffs begin) but what will drop is the Air Jordan VI (6) Pistons. It truly is sad that Joe Dumars, once viewed as the shrewdest NBA GMs of our time has made the once-contender Detroit Pistons into cellar dwellers in the Eastern Conference. That still doesn’t take an iota away from the Pistons Air Jordan 6; patent and suede on the upper and a multi-colored midsole make this latest Air Jordan VI release an easy bucket. Hit up your local Jordan Brand spot like Extra Butter or go for the easy lay-up on eBay.
