Modular design and hybridization are among the biggest trends in sneakers right now.  We already caught a glimpse at the Air Max Modular 95 SI, so here’s our first up close and personal with the Nike Air Max Modular 98 SI.  Incorporating the same Air Classic BW elements as the 95 version, the Modular 98s swap out AM95 styling to incorporate the proto-Flywire spines and multiple Air bubbles found on 1998’s Air Max Plus.  Nike Sportswear did a great job on these, even including the old Tuned Air logo on a colorway that strongly resembles the OG Hyper Blue pair.  A release date on these has yet to solidify, but you can already grab a sample in US mens size 9 from solerevival777 on eBay.

Style: 407977-101
Color: White/Varsity Maize-Black-Mg Blue
