Arriving this Holiday 2010 season is a great selection of All Conditions Gear in familiar silhouettes but with a clear and present alteration. Lunar Foam, Nike’s cushioning system introduced in 2008, makes its way to the ACG department and replaces the classic trail-boot traction with the foamy cushion. The classic Nike Wildwood and last winter’s Nike Woodside Boot alongside a third ACG design receive the Lunar treatment, with a tougher LunarLon making its way on the heavy duty boots and the original Lunarlite on the trail-specific Wildwood. Expect these to hit Nike retailers this Holiday 2010 in colorways in addition to these Neon-95 inspired renditions, so stick with Sneaker News for more info. via SneakersBR.

Are the Lunar Wood Water Resistant, or are they just splashing water on them? Nike Really needs to make more classic models in GORE-TEX than the just the AF1 and have one available every season. Nothing is dorkier than wearing a Gore-tex Nike Zoom Structure… I would love to see a water resistant air max 1, 90, air maxim, wildwood, dunk AF1 or delta force, more than once in a blue moon. WE NEED DOPE RAIN SHOES NIKE! In functional colorways of course.

got a pair of Woodsides thinking it'd be a good rain shoe, joints are not even remotely water resistant..
